I’ve previously used the one down the road I’m pretty sure it’s called Preferred Pest Control one other time and honestly this company doesn’t do half the job that they do. I would not waste your time or your money trying to navigate through their lack of respect as a customer and the lack of cleanliness.

They make appointment with out letting you know. They should call and let us make it when we are available,. They don’t let you know your appointment time close to that time, so if you can’t be there, they want to make it far in the future. The girl in the office was very rude and kept talking over me. We were overdue and were seeing bugs . She would not schedule a guy to bring a ant box out. Takes very little time. Other people were very nice and accommodating. She does not belong in this office. I know they are short handed, but they could work us in, only takes a short time. She wanted to do all the talking and wouldn’t let me talk. Many others in this kind of work, we will find another company that treats customers with respect. . They were supposed to leave bug traps there and they didn’t and ants all over. She would accommodate us have them bring one out. Hard to get good help these days.

Ryan sprayed our home on April 20th and is always friendly, courteous and professional. He was unable to spray the outside that day due to rain. So Justin was sent on May 13th to complete the service. Even though he wasn't scheduled to spray indoors, he was happy to re-treat my home due to a re-infestation of ants. He then sprayed outside to include my out buildings. Ryan, Justin and Donnie have all treated our home in the past and we very pleased with the service we have received. We highly reccomend Alert #1.

From scheduling to getting a technician on site is always easy with Alert 1. The office staff is generally very friendly. Justin M is our technician and he is wonderful. Very friendly and professional!

Alex is great. He’s become like a friend of the family now ,as he’s here once a month for several years now. When we first moved in this place had a cockroach infestation and they were completely gone in a timely manner.

Best place to call for pest control! Alex is the best always on time and works with our schedule even after extermination we have kept the service for general maintenance.

Justin does a great job. When he comes for our every 3 months spray, he always check on our previous chiggers problem & make sure they haven’t came back.
