Jacob does a great job of checking the traps and ensuring the baits are working. He also places ant bait down to control them from entering the house. I have had no problems with termites since using Plank Termite services. I would recommend them to anyone to protect your home from pest infestation. I have the yearly service.

I am very happy with Plank extermination. We had a ridiculous amount of wasps this year and with 1 visit the wasps were GONE! We have now hired them to keep up with ticks, ants, mice, spiders, and anything else that comes with living on a farm. I highly recommend Plank!

I'm TERRIFIED of mice, so I gave Planks a try. The technician, Derek, was very fast, efficient, polite, and informative. He said the mice would be gone in up to five days, but I'm certain they were all gone, that very same day. They even have me on an affordable monthly maintenance program, giving me and my phobia extra peace of mind. Thank you Planks.

Josh is the man with a plan for your pest needs. He came an hour early and even went above and beyond to help me with my dog tie up. Most pest establishments you have to chase down and come later than they are supposed to. I feel like they honestly care about their clients as well. Would highly recommend.

don't go through them if you have more than 1 floor in your home. we called them in hopes they'd get rid of the flea infestation we had, but they didn't touch the basement. then when we called & complained about the basement, they denied everything, then bribed my mom to take down her bad review & they'd refund her money. so they did, but that doesn't fly with me :) if you can't do your job, close your services. especially if you can't handle criticism. it's childish. take accountability & don't use a refund as hush money. they may as well be pests themselves. hope you cry over this review <3

Jasper, I’m sorry you feel this way, and I do want to clarify a few key points so future customers have accurate information.<br>Our records, notes, and product logs show that our technician treated every accessible level of the home, including the basement, during the flea service. When your mother later reached out with concerns, we reviewed the situation and chose to issue a full refund as a courtesy — not in exchange for removing a review, but simply because we always try to do what is fair and professional.<br>One important detail about flea treatments is that the service itself is only one part of the process. Fleas have a four-stage life cycle (egg, larva, pupa/cocoon, and adult). The cocoon stage is extremely resilient — fleas can stay inside cocoons for many months, even up to a year, waiting for vibration or movement to signal that a host is nearby.<br>This is why our post-treatment instructions explain that customers must vacuum every other day for 10–14 days. The vibration from vacuuming triggers the cocooned fleas to hatch. Once they hatch, the product we applied can eliminate them. If there is no vibration, the flea may never emerge, meaning the customer will continue to see activity even though the treatment itself was performed correctly.<br>We stand behind the work we performed, and we remain fully willing to reinspect the home or help further if needed. We have been dealing with wasps for a few weeks. We called this company, that seemed highly recommended, 10 days ago. They told us they would be here today between 3-4. They did not show up. We called and they hadn’t even put us on the schedule. I would not recommend them to anyone. I can’t leave a no star rating, or I would!

The gentleman who came out was great. He was polite and told me he needed to use chemicals to get rid of the hornet nest. He helped me find a way to cover my garden plants underneath.

Plank's service agent showed up in the timeframe given, was very polite and very quick, also seemed thorough. This is the 2nd time we've used Plank Termite & Pest Control, our first time being 2 years ago. Ridding the house of fleas is a process l'm familiar with.
