don't go through them if you have more than 1 floor in your home. we called them in hopes they'd get rid of the flea infestation we had, but they didn't touch the basement. then when we called & complained about the basement, they denied everything, then bribed my mom to take down her bad review & they'd refund her money. so they did, but that doesn't fly with me :) if you can't do your job, close your services. especially if you can't handle criticism. it's childish. take accountability & don't

Whenever a tech comes out they have been very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. Their tech Ezekiel was out here yesterday, his professionalism and knowledge of my property requirements was apparent in our discussion before he started working. This is my first year using your services. Seth is who I dealt with mostly. Aaron is did the most recent application today. We have no complaints with the product used, or in the way it was applied. The technicians have been very polite and well mannered (yes sir, no sir, etc) Very professional (knowledgeable, well trained, experienced, sensitive to the customer’s needs or questions and concerns). Plank's service agent showed up in the timeframe given, was very polite and very quick, also seemed thorough. This is the 2nd time we've used Plank Termite & Pest Control, our first time being 2 years ago. Ridding the house of fleas is a process l'm familiar with.
