Kyle did an awesome job! We originally called for brown recluse concerns and ended up going with general pest control after the initial inspection and advice — super friendly, honest service with no upselling pressure or contract lock-in like everybody else tries to sell you on. We will be sticking with this company for the future.

The "joke" about "How many people have been in your bed? You might have bed bugs..." to my 73yr old mother was highly inappropriate.

Travis has demonstrated that he is competent, honest, knowledgable and reliable. Had a nice conversation with him about toxicity and pest control. This guy knows his stuff & he cares.

We had termites a few years back. We used Cole Pest control to get rid of them. Heath is very friendly and thorough. He stops by once a year and checks and switches out the bait in the traps. So far we have not seen any activity since the initial installation. If I have ever had a suspicion of activity, they would come out and check. We have also used their services for bug spraying in the basement. We used to have a problem with brown recluse spiders in the basement. Orkin came out every other month for a year and they could not kill the spiders. One spray application with Cole and and we haven't seen any in basement or upstairs. I only wish I called them sooner. We waisted so much money with orkin trying to spray for carpenter ants as well. Travis said that he never sprays for carpenter ants. Just get rid of the rot that is attracting them. I wish we would have known that sooner. Cole Pest Control is our go to pest remover.

Needed some spiders gone, and they came out quick and effeciently, and that’s been around 4 weeks ago and we haven’t seen a single wolf spider in the house again! Pricing was affordable and for the peace of mind for my wife it was well worth it!

Giving two stars because my neighbor all think that Cole Pest is a great service. I have a tiny two bedroom apartment that is around 700 ft.² I asked for treatment for roaches and ants, and they quoted me $500 for the initial And $260 for each additional treatment as long as it happened within 50 days. I checked around on pricing there is no other exterminator that charges these rates. Maybe they don’t need any more business because I know most people in this economy cannot afford these rates. After moving into our new home in Dec 2023, we started spotting Brown Recluse spiders about once every six weeks or so. As spring and summer rolled around, more began to rear their little violin heads more and more. I purchased my own sticky traps off amazon and after a couple months of watching those, I decided it was time to hire a professional. After an in-depth, "brown recluse exterminator" specific google search, I finally came across Cole Termite & Pest Control. I read through the testimonials and saw some brown recluse specific reviews (not found on any other site that I researched), and they were incredibly positive. So I reached out and they were able to get me on their schedule within a few days! Brian came out and he was so incredibly knowledgeable on everything brown recluse. He encouraged me on so many levels! He explained their behaviors, where they like to hide, how they move around, why I was finding them where I was finding them, etc. He also said that it was helpful that I already had some sticky traps out, as that helped him assess the infestation a lot better. He assured me that, while yes, we do have some brown recluse spiders in our home, he would not consider it a severe infestation by any means. He treated our entire home with a pet-friendly pesticide spray, and put out new sticky traps everywhere. He said to watch those and after 30 days, count how many brown recluse spiders and if there are over 100, total, that would be considered a severe infestation and he recommended to schedule another treatment. Most importantly, he didn't try to upsell anything. He didn't think our attic needed treating at the time but if the traps came back infested, then it could be considered. Well, 3 months after treatment, I am happy to report we have had ZERO live brown recluse sightings. And our traps totaled maybe 25-30 with most of them being babies! He provided us with some extra traps to replace after the ones he put out become dusty and ineffective. If I could give this company 10 stars out of 5, I would! Highly recommend!

I recently had a fantastic experience with Cole Termite and Pest Control. They were the third person eat control company I used in the past three years and the first that actually got it right! I paid other companies to come get pests out of my attic but they all failed to be successful. I now use Cole for all my pest needs including spraying for bugs like the spiders that loved to live on my back porch. I highly recommend their services for anyone dealing with pest issues!

This company will potentially save you thousands! When think you have termites and they come out for a second opinion, determined it was something else.

Got an appointment quickly. Brian can’t out to help with a mice problem. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Even relocated a snake we weren’t aware of. Hoping the products work. Also, safe for our cats.

First time using Cole's but will definitely not be the last. On the heals of a recent bad service experience with an appliance, I wasn't happy about having to schedule a different service call. Travis arrived less than 24 hours after I scheduled an appointment after I saw a swarm of termites. He was very knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and explained what he was looking for so I'd know in the future. After the inspection he said that although he certainly could treat our house (for $1,500) that in his opinion it was unnecessary. What? That level of honesty and candor has become less and less common but was so greatly appreciated! Based on today, I called to schedule a full pest treatment for seasonal ants and other little critters.
