They are taking advantage of older people my 80 year old mom and dad had a bad situation and got bed bugs from vacation or something they have a very organized and clean house they spend over 5,000$ on a treatment that they guaranteed would remove the bugs. They never followed up after the treatment guess what still bugs so we called them they came back out. They did it again said they’re gone. They’re still there. It’s been a year. Satisfaction Guaranteed? Not Even Close. This company is a nightmare. The cockroaches are just as bad today as when they started — their treatment didn’t work, period. They do not honor their so-called “money-back guarantee.” I called repeatedly and got no answer. No one returned my calls.
