Zachary was very thorough and attentive. He listened to my concerns and took the time to treat a storage cabinet that had an ant problem. It’s been several months now, and the cabinet is still completely ant-free! I’ve been using Mantis Pest Solutions for over a year and would definitely recommend them.

A+ Rating...Tech notified me 3 days prior to scheduled date, called to let me know she was on her way. I have had issues with wasps & mites which had been mostly gone..but, she sprayed again to assure they were "all gone!" Also, explained use of insecticide, what it can & cannot do!!! Gave me tips on keeping nat away ....Great Service & Explanations on questions.. Thank You Again Amy!!

Mr. Wolfe was friendly and respectful of the property and my concerns that bees not be harmed with the product Mantis was using. He preformed his tasks and showed me how the mosquito traps worked. I was very pleased with him. I'm glad that the office sent him to care for my home and yard.

Liam was very thorough! We have had several companies in the past that said they would take the time to knock down the wasps nests, but they usually did not. Liam really took the time to actually do it. He also seemed very thorough in several other key areas.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. The salesman lied about the price for the first treatment and mislead my husband on what he was signing. Told him it would be $69 then charged our cc $106. We cancelled the contract but now have gotten another bill. they are super uncooperative and will not work with us to get his cancelled. threatened collections if dont pay. the service did nothing for bugs and they are a total scam. Still trying to get this mess cancelled. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Their high standard of knowledge and expertise is amazing & it is obvious that excellence in the training & performance of their employees is valued & of critical importance to them. Their attention to stellar channels of communication is truly unmatched & customer friendly at every level. I must acknowledge their technician named JACK! It is not an exaggeration to say that encountering his respectful presence & kind manner is a rare gift. He acutely listened to observations & needs regarding our property & was meticulous as well as efficient in his attention to the specific details (in addition to our standard service). Mantis is incredibly fortunate to have him as a hands on representative of their company! A second acknowledgement of a stellar technician is RYAN MORRILL. He upholds the much appreciated norm of excellent communication regarding arrival time. I must add that in talking with him and observing his meticulous service while in our home and on our property, I can relay that he is acutely attentive and aware,THE MOST THOROUGH in ATTENTION TO EVERY DETAIL of preventative measures for the particular design of our home. I was SO IMPRESSED and had no question upon his departure that we had been FULLY serviced.

Buyer beware! I have spent $600 with Mantis over the past year and my insect problem remains, despite my repeated communications about these concerns. When closing my account today, I attempted to reach a fair accommodation regarding my final bill to account for the unsatisfactory results, "Sam" insisted I pay in full or they would refer my account to collections. Save yourself the disappointment and wasted investment and look elsewhere for your pest control needs.
