We rented a house and found bug residue and leftovers called them same day had an appointment at 7am the following morning they were incredibly attentive and incredibly professional and respectful I absolutely recommend you use them for any and all bug problems!

Rob was Very Professional and Polite. And even found a water leak coming out from underneath the house when he was spraying. Absolutely appreciate everything he did today. And thanks to Rhodes exterminating for always giving us a heads up a few weeks before they come out to spray and a few days prior of what Time that they will be there. Blessed to have this company. They also spray some of our neighbors and that is how I got their number and we have definitely been pleased with everything that they have done.

Wonderful company you can’t beat the amount of compassion Kelly has given my family and I after moving into a new rental that unfortunately had some unwelcome pests, that showed up after we moved in! She has been nothing but kind and understanding and has walked us through everything we needed to know to solve this! Especially knowing this wasn’t our fault she made us feel seen and understood! Someone like me doesn’t do well at all with bugs I’m extremely squeamish and will most likely scream at any bug I see but even telling Kelly this she wasn’t judgmental, she made it easy to talk about something that grossed me out entirely! I have faith and trust in this company making this home bug free! Even though we understand that having certain bugs in Missouri is super normal, Rhodes Exterminating understands we would prefer them to stay outside of our home! The commitment and communication is on point! You ever in an embarrassing or gross situation definitely reach out to them! They will treat you with dignity and respect! Highly recommend💯!! Excellent service, above par from the office to the technician! The owner even shows up if needed. Easy to schedule, mostly done by text which is super efficient. Friendly, connective and courteous office personnel and techs, always arrive on time as scheduled (1-2 hour arrival windows so you don't have to wait for hours.) We have a large commercial property and have not yet experienced a pest problem for years. Can't say enough good things about the flexibility and professionalism received from Rhodes Exterminating 10/10.

Kelly has been extremely polite and helpful with questions & scheduling. My technician Lance is very friendly and listens to all of my concerns, then proceeds with taking care of riding my home of pests. We have been using this company for years. We have recently moved and we had some questions regarding the new flooring and the products used. Mike came out personally to make sure all our questions or concerns were addressed very quickly. Plus it was nice to have that personal connection! They are fantastic people and stand behind their service! I believe we have been using them for 10 years or more and I highly recommend them to everyone!

Made an appointment for today, August 5th at 9 am, in a remote location. Showed up at 8:50 am not wanting to make them wait in case they showed up early. Opened the gate and waited. At 9:15 am I called the office. I was told Mike had to do a quote before my appointment and would head my way when he was done there. At 9:30 am I locked the gate, called the office to cancel my appointment, and headed back to town. I was told there were three voice mails on my phone. There aren't any because of the limited cell phone service at this location which is why we make appointments. Sorry for the bad review but I wasted an hour and a half of my time this morning. I will find somebody else.
