Made an appointment for today, August 5th at 9 am, in a remote location. Showed up at 8:50 am not wanting to make them wait in case they showed up early. Opened the gate and waited. At 9:15 am I called the office. I was told Mike had to do a quote before my appointment and would head my way when he was done there. Rob was Very Professional and Polite. And even found a water leak coming out from underneath the house when he was spraying. Absolutely appreciate everything he did today. And thanks to Rhodes exterminating for always giving us a heads up a few weeks before they come out to spray and a few days prior of what Time that they will be there. Blessed to have this company. Excellent service, above par from the office to the technician! The owner even shows up if needed. Easy to schedule, mostly done by text which is super efficient. Friendly, connective and courteous office personnel and techs, always arrive on time as scheduled (1-2 hour arrival windows so you don't have to wait for hours.) Did an excellent job and was very patient with me today was in the shower when he arrived and my daughter explained to him that I had just got out of the hospital and needed a quick shower and he completely understood and waited very patiently and very understanding about the situation.
