I have used EcoPest for many years. They initially took care of a termite infestation at my residence. They come back annually to reinspect and keep my house termite free. They are dependable, reliable, efficient, and friendly. A top notch company, wound not hesitate to use them.

Initial phone call: An inspection was never discussed. An inspection cost was never mentioned. Agreed to a $180 service. The technician showed up, completely unprepared to do any work. Walk around and in the house for 30 minutes, and the inspection was $75. I followed up the next day to see if there was any preventative work they could do. They never got back to me, and I'm assuming the inspection cost is not a part of the $180 service fee initially agreed upon.

We are always pleased with EcoPest professional, prompt and complete service over the years. As a loyal customer, I know "get a sample!" What I have learned is that this is science and EcoPest knows, teaches and provides consumers with safe services based on knowledge and care for our environment. That's important to me. No people, plants, or pets are harmed and pests are gone. Thank you EcoPest!

Company is very nice and professional only gave two stars because the pest (termites) never died they moved place to place around the house and to use a different poison from a different place to remove them.

Never ever have I had a more professional person with such high ethics come to my home.! Isau was amazing! He researched the weird bug problem I’ve been having, explained it all and came back the next day to debug my house. He didn’t want to spray without first knowing who has been invading my home. He has a PhD in his field! I think everyone should go to him. He said, “I don’t just want to spray whatever. I must know this bug first.” So here we are the day after he sprayed and knock on wood, the bugs are gone. His price was also reasonable.

I was doing some construction work around the house and needed immediate response. They were very accommodating and were able to get out and get my home treated promptly at a reasonable cost. Very knowledgeable and professional organization. This is the second time I’ve used them and will continue to do so

I had silverfish in the attic. The little spray canisters were not going to work. Dr. Esau came out dressed in protective gear and he fogged the attic spaces using heavy-duty equipment. That was very effective.

I am so thankful for the services provided today at my home. He was very professional and explained every step he completed. I highly recommend this family company.

Had a persistent ant issue in my home. Paris from Eco Pest did a very good job with the first visit, but we found there was another colony that was still causing problems. Without an additional fee Paris came back and addressed the second colony issue. I am more than 100% satisfied.

Very knowledgeable staff. They sent a doctor of ecology to develop a solution to our pest problem, and the price was less than standard services provided by their competitors.

They are fine on greeting, they need to call back to continue the possible answer of can do job or not.
