Sorry to put a damper on such good reviews. Their treatments decimated the bird population in our backyard. Maybe an inexperienced tech idk. I specifically asked ahead of time about the safety of the products and was assured it was all safe and natural (in retrospect, of course, what are they going to say?). They sprayed a massive cloud high up into all of the trees. like a cedar mixture of some sort that had a very strong odor. Ill never hire a mosquito service again unless i know exactly what

After we had the first cold spell and frost on the yard I started hearing a mouse or two or three in the house. (Droppings were one clue)! I remembered the Mosquito Squad, who took care of the mosquito problem here, also treats inside homes for mice and other insects. I gave them a call and scheduled them to come treat for mice inside (they also put traps around outside). Then the Squad comes back in a couple weeks to collect any trapped mice and resets the traps. I was getting bitten so had ordered an add-on to include chiggers ( recommended by one of the advisors) - there was some scheduling confusion between the call center and getting the correct product on to the trucks as well as scheduling the treatment day incorrectly. Aja, nice guy came last night but without the granule coverage so he did a partial treatment to cover our house with info from his supervisor that the person would come this morning with the correct product.
