Attic had mice. Was told only had 6" insulation. I hired them to remove mouse contaminated insulation and add new insulation. Was told it would take 1 or 2 days. When work started learned I had unexpected layer of rolled insulation under blown in. So I had 13" insulation. In their defense,I had 3 bids and no one saw that other insulation so was told the 6" story 3 times. [Might have made different choice.] We are at end of 1 week and still removing insulation. I spoke with Matt initially and he did great trying to calm my nerves, and set up to have an associate come out the next day. Ken, the service manager actually came out and was super patient with all of our million questions. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing completely.
