Reckless drivers, a bus was stopped with their lights on and the stop sign out and the bus just drove right by it and could’ve hit a kid since they were unloading. Driver was a white Silverado chevy with a Robert’s pest control sticker on the back. License plate 1ADY34

I'm mad I cant remember any names but from my initial call and talking with the lady who answered the phone to my consultation, treatment and follow was nothing less than pure professionalism and kindness. Every one was so kind and empathetic with my situation. During the consultation, my daughter called me an assured we chose the right company she said "mom the man sat on the kitchen floor and had a whole conversation with me" Lol🤣 right before Thanksgiving we seen at least 2 German cockroaches, I immediately bombed my home to no avail. These things started popping up all over we were mortified to say the least, and that's when we called Robert's. I could go on and on but if your wanting professionalism, relativeness, and just overall down to earth people doing business with Roberts will give you just that. Thank you soooo much to everyone who helped us out. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME 💜 HAPPY NEW YEAR🎉

Roberts is a wonderful company! I used their pest services for multiple years. All the guys that came to our home were polite, professional, and very helpful. Love the ease of the company's portal for payments and scheduling. We moved into a home that had insects in the basement and many critters in the backyard. After only a short time using Roberts Pest Control, we saw no bugs nor unwanted visitors. Their products were also safe for children and pets, which was so important for us. The only reason we stopped using their services is because we moved. Thank you, Roberts, for helping us make our house a home!

We have been using Roberts Pest Control for several years now, they as well take care of my Mom’s house. They do such a great job and are always available with any questions we may have. We live by a wooded area when new rodents pop up they are always there to take care of them in a fast manner.

I will never use or recommend another pest service ever again! Wendy in the office was so helpful! Ken and Charlie are freaking awesome! They 100% know what they are doing, they literally have it down to a science! I had an inspection and treatment in the same week and the confidence and knowledge they have gives me peace of mind! Don’t waste your time calling anyone else! It’s very clear they are above and beyond the rest.

Hey Alan just to clear up any confusion you are on a every 60-day platform which is our bi-monthly service and the reason that we do that is because the pesticides don't last much longer than that just wanted to make sure I cleared that up for you and to let you know that we appreciate your business and appreciate the nice review

After contacting this company about skipping a service due to a job layoff, I was told it would void my warranty by skipping. If I called in the future for seeing spiders or whatever inside our house it would cost us more money due to said voided warranty. I guess having empathy for people is part of ancient times...

Our experience with the service tech was outstanding and worthy of 5 stars. However, there appeared to be some miscommunication as I had requested to get my yard treated in addition to the ant treatment they performed. Probably just a misunderstanding and I fully expect to do business with them in the future.
