Mark is awesome! He contacts me quarterly to set up time to do pest control and he is so good with my dogs making sure nothing hurts them! I would definitely recommend his services! Last year I had a pesky spider that kept making HUGE webs and he came out and took care of him as a courtesy! Such a great guy and great service! This year I’m having a little ant problem so he is going to take care of that as well! I have not had any bug issues with Mark coming quarterly!!

I had Arch pest services out to spray our house/yard after we stopped using another local company. We needed a company that was going to do a better more thorough job than the service were receiving. The bonus is Arch pest is significantly less expensive. I asked Mark about some other treatments that I thought might benefit us. He was honest and told me that we didn't need them and not to waste the money. I signed up for the quarterly service. If I see any bugs between now and then I can can for him to come back out to respray! Online scheduling is very convenient! Several different payment options also! Mark is very professional, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable. I highly recommend Arch Pest Services!

Mark runs a 5 stars business. he took care of my entire house today with a reasonable pricing. I will certainly recommend him to everyone. you can find a better deal anywhere else. Plus, he is so professional and friendly. one other thing to mention, I had aggressive carpenter bees that were destroying my deck. he patched all holes and sprayed the deck. again, very satisfied with his job.

We just bought a house in St Charles and it had ants and spiders. This guy is amazing. I found some spiders at about the time he was supposed to come back and he sprayed for free. And made me an appointment for next month.
