Gabe from Amco Rangers came out to our new house today and did pest control inside and out.He was not only very polite and friendly but he described what our issues could be and then did a thorough treatment. We feel confident that this company will be very helpful in keeping our home pest-free as it basically sits in the middle of the woods!

Great service! Great communication from techs when they are planning to check on things with simple text summary reports when they are finished checking our bait stations. Definitely recommend this company for pest services!

Amco Ranger has always given us exceptional service. I love the texts reminding us when they are coming to the house. They let us know when work is completed. Whenever I call they are very accommodating with any requests or changes. They have always worked well with us. Friendly office staff. I refer people to them frequently. We have a schedule set up for several visits a year. Been using them for years.

I have had Amco Ranger at may work and home for at least 30 + years. In my opinion, they are the best in the business. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. I’m glad I did. The guys that come spray are terrific. Thanks Amco Ranger!!

Would rate a 0 bjt google wont go that low. They are good at getting rid of bugs but wont actually fix a rodent problem so you will want to keep your service with them for rodent coverage. Do not use them their service is not worth the money like they advertised it would be. I have been on their silver plan for a year with a 1 year contract at $80 per month, high but if they didcwhat they advertised i was ok with it. When i first set this up i was needing rodent extermination and help with sealing up the house to keep rodents from getting in. I was yold that was part of their service and it would be done when they were putting out bait stations. Fast fwd 6months and i have mice in my walls again when i called in they said the poison would take care of it and they would check our bait stations. They completely ignored the request to stop them from coming in even though it was touted as part of their service. They refilled bait stations and the scracting in the walls dissappeared until it started getting colf in fall. I spent over 300 on materials and 3 days to find and seal up any possible intrusion spots. The scratching stopped and has not returned as it moved into winter. When i called to cancel they asked if there was a problem with the service and i covered that they didn't fulfill the promise of sealing up intrusions. They said the person that set up my account no longer works there and never should have told me they would seal up the house to stop rodent intrusion, but that isnt their fault and they are sorry that ther employee sold me false claims..... I then canceled my service at the and they said that since the contact had just comr up on renewal they would just stop service. A couple days later they call saying they hadnt charged the fee fir the service this month and would run my card on file and close the service. When i look at my card statement there are 2 charges one on the date every month that the charge would run and one from the phone call saying i had a balance. When i called in about this they are saying i canceled during the contract phase and owe an additional month due to ending within the contract. I still have the contract and email chain from last year where i requested contract start wait until the beginning of dec. 2024. The people at this business are either incompetent or purposely trying to get an extra fee. The contact started dec 3 2024 and was for 1 year but canceling on dec 11 2025 is claimed to be eithin the contract date?

As for the charge, it was simply to complete payment for the last service performed. Don't call these people if you have pollinators. Just watched them kill an entire honeybee swarm just looking for a home. There are 5 beekeepers within a 20 min radius that could have been contacted but instead they just sprayed the whole swarm and watched them all die. If you want a future I would suggest another company that actually cares about the future of our globe.

Hello and thanks for your concern. Elimination is the very last option when it comes to honey bees. After multiple attempts to employ assistance from beekeepers in the area, our client was unsuccessful to obtain the assistance needed to remove the bees from an event space. We take our role in protecting the environment seriously and do not make decisions on these issues in haste.
These people came to a neighbors house and started spraying chemicals on a very windy day right next to my children playing outside. I got them inside as quickly as possibly but they were still exposed. Terrible business practice.

Be sure to triple call and check your appointment time before you waste your whole morning. I confirmed my appointment time twice and they didn’t show up so I called and they said oh, we have scheduled for the afternoon. Very disorganized. I canceled my contract.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I used to use them. I canceled today been with them for years. I had upgraded to the silver package April of 2021. Didn’t sign anything. I went to cancel today because it just doesn’t seem to be working as good and I am not going to spend $75 a month if it’s not working. They are saying I am on a yr contract and that I will have to pay. Ahh no I never signed a contract. I talk to a supervisor. And she said my contract was up in April and renewed I told her I never sign a contract she said that’s correct. Okay I am not paying you extra to cancel when I never signed a contract well you pay month to month. Doesn’t everyone? I pay month to month and get Service every two months???? And if I was on a contract my yr is up. Well you renewed in April.. What??? I told them they charge my card I am taking them to court! Beware.. Gabe is amazing though.

Does not know the difference between a rodent and a flying mammal (Chiroptera). Shouldn't rush an examination and try to diagnose a problem without any proof to back a claim especially when resident is willing to spend the money to fix the issues. Lastly when a resident sees and hears what they called you over for do not disregard what they say just because you dont know anything about mammals in chiroptera family. I will gladly take my business somewhere that knows more about the issue but dont try to make it an issue that it is not just for the business.!!!!!!!!

Totally misleading and make sure to ask questions before signing a contract. Was told after our initial payment of $199 + $49/mon just to put two traps in the ground for moles that we could and I quote "cancel whenever you want" and there would be nothing do thereafter since we were on a monthly payment plan. FALSE, just got a bill two months after cancelling stating we still owed money on the account. So if you want their mole program, which the service technicians are great, be prepared to PAY no matter what the salesman says in the beginning!

The program we provide can cancel before the end of the Agreement, and only pro-rated charges for the services that have been completed plus start up fees are due, less any payment made.
