Crain Pest and Lawn has sprayed my office for years. They are professional and polite. When I first bought my building I had brown recluse spiders, Crain got it under control.

Crain does a great job for helping to revitalize a yard. We had several trees cut down and other project that we had tearing up our yard and Crain has helped us to start getting a beautiful green yard again. They come throughout the year for various tasks. Highly recommend

Hired to remove large tree in yard. Agreed they would leave the wood in "manageable" pieces. Left a huge piece of the trunk intact, 4 ft in diameter. Didnt have the proper equipment to cut it up. They came back later and said there was metal in the wood that ruined their saw and couldn't do anything with the huge piece of trunk. We have no way to cut up or move it which is why we hired someone. Not sure how a company that has been in business that long doesn't have the equipment or know how to deal with anything that would come up. Also took them almost a month to start the job after the date they told me they would be here. I say start and not finish because they didn't finish in my opinion. Very disappointed!

Twice as much as I paid in the Lee's Summit area.

I hired them to grow grass on their "lawn program" and after paying $1000 my yard looks exactly the same as it did before they touched it. The owner, Keith said he wont issue a refund for work done last year. Technically the program ended just about 2 months ago. He said they only do 30 day refunds. How are you supposed to know if your grass will grow in 30 days when the first 6-9 months they are only weeding and fertilizing? They dont put the seed in until the end of the year! I'm very unhappy with them. The lawn program is a huge scam. Dont buy it. I wouldnt trust any of their business offerings. I will be taking them to court to get my money back.

I wouldn't even give this place a single star. They are terrible to work with as landlords. Highly recommend going to somewhere else. They claim to have cheaper rates and definitely don't. You have to go through so many hoops just to get "their affordable housing."
