Hired to remove large tree in yard. Agreed they would leave the wood in "manageable" pieces. Left a huge piece of the trunk intact, 4 ft in diameter. Didnt have the proper equipment to cut it up. They came back later and said there was metal in the wood that ruined their saw and couldn't do anything with the huge piece of trunk. We have no way to cut up or move it which is why we hired someone. Not sure how a company that has been in business that long doesn't have the equipment or know how

This company is phenomenal. I called about a noise I heard in my attic above my bedroom and in less than 24 hours they drove 1 1/2 hrs to come and remedy the problem for me. They informed me that it looked like I have a rat up there. I just about came out of my skin. They treated my entire attic of my 2,000 sf home and said if I still heard something in a week or more let them know and they would be back out. Very professional and thorough.
