Very thorough inspection before providing preventative treatments that are also solution-based. They went above and beyond while explaining everything along the way. I appreciate knowing that every square inch of our home was evaluated and any possible entry for mice was sealed off. It took very little time for them to identify the sources and their pathways. I was so impressed that I went ahead and signed up for routine prevention services. Exceptional work!

We had a flea issue that we originally thought was coming from our dog, so we called Ultimate Pest Solutions. They treated the whole house, but a few weeks later we noticed fleas again in one room that our dog never even goes into. John was incredibly thorough and really took the time to figure out what was going on. I mentioned I kept seeing fleas near one specific stair, and he noticed a small crack under the stair tread that made him think they could be coming from underneath the house. He actually crawled under our house to investigate and found a rodent nest FULL of fleas! He removed the nest and treated everything, and we’ve been flea free ever since. On top of that, while he was under the house he also discovered a leak that we never would have known about otherwise, which allowed us to get a plumber out before it became a bigger issue. You can tell John genuinely cares about solving the problem the right way instead of just doing a quick spray and leaving. We were so impressed and grateful. I loved how you front they are on the website, we called and John came out the same day and started service for us. I'm normally very sensitive to smells and sprays but the spray they use doesn't bother me at all. Fast, Friendly, affordable!

I was so pleased with my service from Ultimate Pest Solutions. When they treated my home they did things that my other pest people did not.. for example, they went around my home and took their time taking down spider webs.. I had never seen another pest company do this. I felt like it was above and beyond. They were on time and very responsive. We haven't had any pest issues while in their care. They do not just prevent pest, but provide solutions.
