Tech did not show up on the day that was scheduled. I called the following day and he claimed that he came but they had me mixed up with a different customer. He then said that he came after the second day of me calling to see if they were coming but left no invoice or proof that he stopped by. I was at work, like most people, when he supposedly came by so I could not personally see the service. He said to wait a week to let the chemicals kick in and after a week there was no change at all in the big issue. I called Orkin and had NO ISSUES. They called before coming, they left an invoice proving service, and three days later the bugs were gone. A week later I received a bill from Henderson Pest Control so I called to see why I got a bill for service that I NEVER RECEIVED. The manager was rude and telling me that they’ve been in business for however long but that has nothing to do with me not being a satisfied customer THIS TIME. She was not trying to hear what I calmly had to say so she directed me to the owner whom I never spoke with. Just unprofessional and non-responsive to my complaint. Orkin did the exact opposite of what Henderson did. With that being said.....call Orkin. They show up ON TIME, they communicate effectively, and they actually work.
