I will NEVER do business with them again. I was told 213 was 2 sprays and I would be charged after the 2nd spray. I have animals I have to lock up and find a place to go when they come. I go through all the trouble.. They tried to cancel my 1st service after and explained the trouble I had to go through. they showed up. They did not show up the 2nd spray and I was charged. Then they were supposed to show up today and told me it would be next week. after once again I went through all the trouble.

We had a great experience with Dartanion Brown today. He was thorough, both with his inspection and the explanation of his findings. For the past seven years, we have been plagued with huge stinging red wasp! They were endangering our business, our guest, our employees and our family!!!! I have asked each technician to address the red wasp issue! Each of them agreed that they would destroy the nest that they saw. Darrien has been amazing!! The customer service with Havard is top-notch. We just moved to the area and needed to find an exterminator and I’m so glad we picked them. I’ve had no issues with billing and they’ll even come out in between treatments if you need them to. Highly recommend
