I was lied to about how long my service would last. I specifically asked if I paid for one year of service would that end once the year was up and was told several times that yes it would end. But that’s not the case. I now owe for 2 services that I don’t even know if they were completed because no one lives at the house any longer. Customer service is awful. I've been using NatuaLawn for the entire season. They've provided me with weed control, fire ant control, mosquito control, and mole removal this season. All of the service staff were very professional and friendly. Each service was explained to me in great detail and I couldn't be more happy with the results. I have been using Naturalawn for about maybe 3 months and I have seen a great improvement in my lawn’s appearance and weed inhibition, although we still have a ways to go to get it perfect. I've been a customer with NaturaLawn of America approximately 6 mos. I am very pleased with my services for moles eradication.
