I was lied to about how long my service would last. I specifically asked if I paid for one year of service would that end once the year was up and was told several times that yes it would end. But that’s not the case. I now owe for 2 services that I don’t even know if they were completed because no one lives at the house any longer. Customer service is awful. Our assigned exterminator from the Tupelo branch of Orkin is an utter joke. He is probably only in extermination because he couldn't find a job as a princess. He won't go in out attic because he's scaiw'd. And he says he can only come out at 7am on Wednesdays - which is pretty much the only time that doesn't work for us. We have loads of availability and if we were any more available we'd be unemployed and wouldn't be able to afford the service. Yet he refuses to acknowledge this one constraint

After 4 months under contract things are no better. Out of 3 people sent only one did a thorough job where we saw some results. Because of there sorry customer service and mishandling of scheduling on the first spraying a district manager came out. Not a dead bug one. The second person did an excellent job, asked questions and spent well over an hour with results The last spraying was a different person, barely said 2 words and left less than 10 minutes in.
