Had service tech show up only one time, kept getting no shows after responding for home inspection through their system and finally I gave up, previous location I had was in Alabama and they were great always showing up but this location here…. This location is sorry. Not showing up so I decided to cancel and tried to get a refund for being charged a service that was not provided. They told me no refund because it was already a processed and they felt it should stand. I didn’t even want to argue

Couldn't get the service tech to come on time when scheduled. Put me off 3 times. I called to cancel my service and was told it was canceled but was still charged 2 months in a row. When I called, terminix they admitted fault and submitted refund inquiry for both months (which the lady said i was owed) but never gave me my money. Apon calling again they now say they don't owe me for both unauthorized payments. Tried to speak with a supervisor and got blown off. Couldn't be more dissatisfied. Awf

Mr. Minnix is a wonderful service guy. He is actually a 5 star guy. The customer service has been horrible and they don’t deserve even 1 star. I have been trying since May to get my account right and all I have had was the run around continuously. I finally got fed up and requested that my service be cancelled and they agreed and they still have yet to cancel my service. It’s very unfortunate because I really wanted to stay but there is no way I would do that now. My advice to anyone looking fo
