Called to have a pest problem resolved, set up an appt for Wed. for $300. Got a call back for a pre-inspection inspection (?) Said he would come out on Tues. He stated I had some larger gaps in house foundation that would require another service and additional charge. Asked what was the original appoint for that was happening the next day. Very poor service from the main office. Despite repeated calls, voicemails, and messages through their online portals, they do not call back...and I am a brand new customer not even a month in. It took me threatening to cancel service for them to call me back. This is no way to do business. Calling the national number is not useful. Speaking to the St. Paul office, they did not seem like they care to gain or retain customers. I've never dealt with a business that is so hard to get a hold of! I w
