Aquacide Company

Our 2000 gallon Koi pond has had green and string algae for 10 years, despite trying multiple products from the pet stores. Now, after only 3 weekly treatments with AquaClear and PondClear from Aquacide, the water is clear and virtually free of algae (and zero string algae). I'm sold and will continue using these products!

We’ve purchased Aquacide pellets for more than 10 years. The product is effective and the service is top notch.

Purchased the aquacide pellets to remove the milfoil from my dock area as I heard it on Garage Logic. Spread them out as instructed and waited for them to work and am very disappointed in my results. Did not show any reduction in the weeds and has continued to multiply. Unfortunately I will have to continue raking them out. Was expecting better results considering how spendy the product was

I applied the aquacide last year as directed along our lakeshore and had very little weeds. I applied this spring right away before the active growing phase and have had no weeds all season. Did not need to reapply. Very happy

I have gone through two bags of aquacide pellets with no result. I know it could be me but I have also written them twice with no response. For a family owned company this is unacceptable.

Used pellets last year for lily's and worked great. Ordered larger bag this year.product did not work.emailed ask suggestions and no response. Used all product and did not work.

We used the aquacide pellets and it has killed the water sheild. The weed didn't drop into the water as expected. They are still on the surface. I don't see how to attach a pic or I would do so. Suggestions?

Was informed by one of there people what product to use for weed control, 200 dollars later when the product didn’t work I called back. Was told that the product I used wouldn’t work and I had to bear the burden of proof that they said it would! No refund not even a Penney off of a new purchase. Very unprofessional! Customer Beware!!

Very Disappointed! My husband drove to the WBL location with a baggie of weeds to be identified and to get chemicals to treat said weeds. (duckweed) he treated and retreat the pond multiple times and the weeds kept coming back. I ended up taking pictures of the weeds and drove an hour to show them the pictures and find out why the chemicals weren't working. the lady behind the desk stated that it was not duckweed and she hadn't seen this weed before. After looking up pictures she showed me one and said I think it this. it was duckweed just not the normal duckweed. She said that the chemicals previously purchased should have worked and my husband must have mixed them incorrectly. She gave me a paper with the amount to be applied highlighted and sold me more chemical saying this is guaranteed to work. My husband called today to let them know they are NOT working. the guy he talked to googled our pond to make sure of its size and said explained that this form of duckweed was on top and also under the water and that the underwater weeds were not being treated with the surface chemicals we were sold. side note: When I was at the company told the woman that the weeds on the surface died but the parts underwater didn't and I confirmed that the product she sold me would work for both and she said "yes, if your husband follows the directions that I highlighted" the guy on the phone told my husband what WOULD work and my husband asked for a refund for the wrong chemicals we were sold twice. He was told that they would not refund us that because they did not apply the chemicals there was not a guarantee. We will be taking our business else where. They identified the weeds not once but twice and they told us what products to use. selling us the wrong products should need a guarantee... good business practices should have covered our purchases.

Recently called for a quote and a diagnostic for a weed I have growing in my pond, was informed that I would have someone call me back with more information, Its been two days and still no response. Very unprofessional, I have called multiple times in the hopes of having their help with my issue and still no clear help. I will be taking my business elsewhere and its a shame because Ive heard normally good things about this company. highly Disappointed in the quality of service they offer their potential customers.
