I assume tkhe spraying will have worked well as it always has the many years it has, avoiding the terrible experience we had other years before we started using your service. I appreciated the accurate estimate of arrival time.
Let me say that the tech, Dillon, knows his business. We had a bad mouse problem and he solved it! Plus you couldn’t ask for a nicer, more courteous guy. We highly recommend!
Very friendly, no more pests so far. Took longer than I would have liked to get service but overall, good experience.

Over the phone, was told pesticides wouldn't be used on the grill. This isn't what happened in person, though. Nests were just left on the patio/deck instead of being cleaned up. Moreover, I've received two emails as well as two texts (from two different phone numbers) pestering to leave a review, and we're talking about just hours after service was completed.
Day 1, spent quite a while on the phone sharing details and my pest issues and discussing services. The gal was helpful and kind and said I should get a call back for scheduling of preliminary visit (by Dillon) for pest issues. Day 2, I waited a for a call back (pest issues are usually urgent) and nothing...so I called them, and the gal (a different one) said I wasn't in her "system". She then said she needed to talk to her colleague and then got back to me saying yes, I was in her colleagues notes, but not in the system. She then proceeded to start over from scratch, asking me what my issues were and my address, etc. At this point I got the feeling I was rather irrelevant to this company... I sumply needed a call back and to know when someone was coming by to assess my pest issues.
Was very thorough and resealed area. Explained things well. Advised me to be sure and call if any more activity
After contacting, they were here to assess the next day.
Technician was very curt and didn't have time for my questions or to look inside for places bats might be getting inside. Was able to block one hole outside.
I've only had the first treatment for Carpenter Ants - they came on time & were efficient.
