I was having continual ant problems . . . Swarms of small red ants would show up at various places throughout our house. Our tech Chrissy arrived and thoroughly explained the product she was going to use, how it was going to be applied, and what results to expect. She exceeded our expectations as did the results. We have not seen an ant anywhere in 10 days and counting. I highly recommend Done Right Pest Solutions and tech Chrissy. We are very satisfied.

We had an ongoing mouse issue and Done Right Pest Solutions was excellent from start to finish. They were thorough, responsive, and—most importantly—honored their warranty without any hassle. We have used Done Right Pest Control for over a year now and I have to say their service is exceptional! When calling into the office, Megan has always been caring, helpful and responsive. She scheduled Jason to come out to the house for our mice problem right away. Jason came out and did a thorough inspection and sealed up a couple of entry points that our first pest control company missed. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and truly a caring guy. He got the whole house sealed up and put together a pest control solution that worked great. No more mice in the house! We have since purchased a year-long pest control package and it was well worth the money. Not only did we continue to be pest free inside, but getting rid of the wasp nests that show up every spring and summer was a bonus as well. We 100% recommend Megan, Jason, along with all the staff at Done Right Pest Solutions!

Came promptly ,nice enough kid came told me what kind of wasps I had seemed knowledgeable i had to get to work so paid him and left.Hopefully prob is solved with one time application.would use again provided it was a one and done.tu!!

Hello Kari, I am sorry for the miscommunication! Kelly spoke with you on the phone on Friday, November 1st. She told you we were booking up fast and since you wanted to think about it, she just put a time block on saying you were thinking about services and will call back on Monday, November 4th to book services for Wednesday, November 6th. Since we didn't hear back from you, we didn't build your account in our system. All of our customers will get appointment reminders sent to their emails. I greatly apologize for the inconvenience this miscommunication has caused you, and we wish we could help solve your pest issue. Should you hire someone else and they do not do the job right, we hope you'll reconsider and we'd be happy to help. :)

Senior tech Ceva is highly skilled ,detailed and quality thorough pro. He gets 4.7 stars . I'm a natural skeptic of negative pessimist in sense of bed bugs so difficult too kill that I am so happy and excited too see just 4 bed bugs 🐛 live after being spray treated 13 days admgo is huge success and only weird thing is I don't NOT see any DEAD BED BUGS laying down zero as why?? Does thy residual element Repel scare bugs away or why??? When tomorrow Thursday thy 21st at 8am 2nd re treatment follow up, may I please get thy Lazzy boy recliner treated spray it a little, and baseboards in 2 closets and hallway entrance base boards that I believe NOT treated sprayed forgotten, as I want too be safe and NOT sorry latter after 3 months I don't want a return nightmare re appear bed bugs are xmso tough resilience scare threT. No more botes, 13 days andone right pest solutions is highly recommended by ME 4.7 stars from a detailed perfectionist is amazing, thanks so much CEVA is awesome possum.d only 4 live sightings.

Thank you for your review! Ceva is the best of the best. He vacuumed up all the live and dead activity, which really helps show immediate results! From there, bed bugs go about their lives and they like to hide in wall voids, so once they come in contact with the residual chemical, they die in the walls. Ceva treated all the areas where there was activity and will do so again at the follow-up :) and no need to worry about any repeat bed bugs. Once they are eradicated, they do not return unless reintroduced. Thanks again and have a great day!
Bees in hot tub cabinetry. Helpful and friendly staff when I called them. I was given a 2 hour window and the tech gave me a 30 minute notice of his arrival on the day of the appointment. Very personable and friendly technician who did the job. I only gave a 4-star because I thought the price was a little high because of the simplicity and time required to complete the job. He sprayed the points of entry that I observed and stood by with the spray as I removed the side panels. He found a walnut-sized paper wasp nest and I found a mud dauber nest. Have observed no bee activity since he was here.
