The gal was helpful and kind and said I should get a call back for scheduling of preliminary visit (by Dillon) for pest issues. Day 2, I waited a for a call back (pest issues are usually urgent) and nothing...so I called them, and the gal (a different one) said I wasn't in her "system". She then said she needed to talk to her colleague and then got back to me saying yes, I was in her colleagues

Very personable and friendly technician who did the job. I only gave a 4-star because I thought the price was a little high because of the simplicity and time required to complete the job.
