Ky was was a little late because he ran into circumstances, helping other customers that couldn’t be avoided because to do a good job for his previous customers, it took a little longer. Even though it was the end of the day, he took his time and took care of every single problem. I had was very curious and friendly. I would recommend Spidex because I always have taken care of me very well.

Bradley did an excellent job and he was very professional and helpful. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in regards to the rodents in my attic. He's a super employee, Spidexx is lucky to have Bradley.

I’ve s Had a very bad experience with spider. Poor performance . Never had so many mice . Expensive and they lock you in to a contract that costs several months to get out of . Nothing good about them . Look elsewhere .

Came door to door offering $50 one-time pest control with optional follow-ups. Tried to charge us $100/mo with no follow up services. When asked about it they said “it was in our contract”. Door to door salesman 100% lied to us! Avoid this scammy company.

A young man I won't name gave an astonishingly tone-deaf, intrusive, deceptive, and bulldozing sales pitch lasting over fifteen minutes from which I ultimately managed to pry myself (he tried three more moves to keep me engaged after I attempted to excuse myself). I am happy to say I will never give Spidexx my business and suggest they reconsider their sales strategy if this is not the intended tone.

Employees are very disrespectful. One passed two NO SOLICITING signs on his way to my front door and proceeded to knock repeatedly while I was trying to work. I asked for his solicitor’s permit and, of course, he didn’t have one. Shady company!

Tonight at 8:30pm in Lakeville,we had a knock on the door from a Spidex sales rep. We have a no soliciting sign on our door which he ignored. I pointed that out to him to which he replied “he didn’t see it” and proceeded with his sales pitch. He wanted to know if we talked to our neighbor, Rose, 2 houses up about the service. There is no Rose 2 houses up. If we ever need a pest service in the future, it won’t be with Spidex after this experience.

Our technician today was Rodney. We have been using Spidexx for a couple years now and today's service was the first time that we weren't completely satisfied. We feel the spraying of the exterior could have been done more carefully. There was a LOT of overspray that got in places that didn't need to be (or shouldn't have been) sprayed. For example, we were having some interior remodeling work done at the same time that our technician was here. There was a pile of cabinetry wood leaning against the garage that got spray on it. Also, some spray got through our front door into the house (through the gap between the door threshold and the door). This was concerning since we have indoor pets.

Don’t waste your time or money dealing with them. The product brings more bugs to your home. I canceled over 3 months ago and contacted them to pick up the rodent traps in my yard.. still sitting in my yard. The person that signed me up said I could text him if I ever needed anything or needed to get another service. Nope! He made it seem very personable but when it came down to it needed them to come back out it was such a hassle.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Service is awful. They have treated my property twice in the last month. Spiders are everywhere. The picture attached was one week after their last service visit. I went 3 years with a competitor and never once found a spider on my property. Account representatives were unwilling to cancel my agreement. Claimed it takes time for the service to work.

Some clown in a Spidexx shirt and hat knocked on our door on July 4th. Yes, a holiday!! He spoke briefly to my wife while I was at the store. My wife told him we had a pest control company, that I set it up and managed payments, and he should return in about an hour to talk to me. About an hour later he returned and I was home. He told me he spoke to my wife who was really excited about switching to Spidexx, that she bartered with him and got the lowest price in the neighborhood, and how the company we were currently contracted with was purposely doing extra, needless visits to drive prices up. What he didn’t know was my wife has social anxiety and told me she couldn’t get rid of this guy so she finally asked him to return when I got home. She told me she felt like he’d never leave or take no for an answer and she had issues getting any words in at all. She said he felt shady. There was no desire on her part to switch services or any attempt to barter at all. It was raining when I spoke to this guy, and I told him I would like his card, will look up the company online, and contact him if I was interested. He said they were a new, small company and didn’t have cards. I asked if I could have his name and number and he said he would like to, but it’s starting to rain harder and if I am not interested he’d be on his way. Who goes door to door on a holiday without contact cards? People I will never do business with. After he left I looked this company up. They are not new or small. They are in 6 states. For every good review there appears to be 2 reviews like mine. Pest control. Kind of fitting for these pests.

Tonight at 8:50pm some guy on a Segway knocked on my door trying to sell me pest control. Who goes door to door that late? Also he drove his Segway through my fresh landscaping and over my new driveway that was poured a few days ago. It is very obvious work was done recently and he should have stayed off the area. There is a steak in the ground with neon pink markers at the end of my driveway. Not to mention all the fresh dirt and grass seed are plainly visible. Now I will have to fix the area so there won't be a big tire gouge in my yard where I am trying to grow grass. Very rude and disrespectful.
