BEAST Wildlife Solutions is now part of Varment Guard Wildlife Services. We are Minnesota’s premier bat bird and squirrel control company. Wildlife exclusion is our primary goal. We provide consulting and services that relate to Nuisance wildlife control services. Bat control, bird removal, squirrel trapping. All wildlife in general, our specialties are bats, birds, and squirrels. Heights and hard to reach areas. Custom metal exclusions, bird netting, rappelling, bat exclusion, bird control, squirrel removal. Dead animal locating and removal, deck barrier, clean outs, specialized cleaning and dropping removal of bird and bat guano.

GOOD WORK👌
Raccoons are a nuisance once they decide to take over a property, but they were humanely removed. Good analysis and solution!
Zack visited within 48 hours of my call for an inspection. It was thorough and he immediately found the nesting site of the our unwanted raccoon visitors. Traps were set the same day and follow up repair work to close the nest are being scheduled. Very pleased with the efficiency and friendliness Zack provided, and it was more affordable than I anticipated the service being. Edit: Less that 12 hours in and both traps have been sprung. One trap fell from the roof (the raccoon was shaking it pretty violently and we have a rather steep roof). Cage is intact, raccoon seems unharmed. The other trap is still on the roof and definitely has an angry resident. Considering I've used 1 of my 7 visits with the removal service they offer, I have very high confidence that my problem is going to be solved quickly.
These guys were great! Prompt, friendly, and competent. We will call again if it is ever necessary!

It was a busy stretch for my family and Garrett handled it all - I showed him the spot and he took care of the rest - setting it up to watch for traces of a creature and closing up the opening securely. He got it done, it looks great, and I much appreciate the support!

Kyle explained the whole process of trapping the invading animal. He explained about possible entry points, the bait he uses, how often he checks the traps. He was very thorough and informative.

Drew was amazing. He did a great job and answered my questions and provided feedback on what I could do to help reduce the probability of squirrels getting access to the soffits. We were in direct contact as squirrels were getting trapped to ensure they were collected timely. He was patient in waiting 2 months to get his trap and other materials back while we had repairs done to our soffits and was very helpful in looking at the work that was done and sealing around areas that he did not directly impact with the traps and wire mesh to ensure other critters / bugs don't gain access. In addition, he's a very friendly person and my wife and I enjoyed chatting with him during his visits. I would definitely recommend your company and specifically Drew to friends and colleagues. Excellent service by Kyle! He took the snake from the garage fast and prompt. He also looked for entry points and gave pointers on how to avoid critters into the house/garage area. Thank you Kyle! A+ service, will do business with them again!

Plunkett's provided fantastic customer service throughout. They did run into some difficulty with technician scheduling initially due to a heavy work load, but the phone staff was excellent in communicating the situation and the technician's pest exclusion installation work on our house was excellent.

I contacted Beast about a problem with squirrels getting into my attic. They showed up a half hour late for the time window they gave me which is not a huge deal but when you are paying $175 just for the inspection you expect them to be on time. They would not even give me a quote until I paid the inspection fee. The price they quoted me was insane. Greater than a couple thousand dollars, I don’t know who in their right mind would pay that. They could have been more upfront about what their fees are before starting the process.
The neighborhood squirrels who had chewed through our soffits last year decided our house was their house again this year even though we had our soffits repaired last fall! I did not know that those little critters would come back to the same place year after year like a time-share. I called Beast Wildlife Solutions and Matt came out to do an inspection of our soffits that had been chewed through again this year. Nate came out and set the traps for any squirrels who may have moved into the house. Thankfully, the squirrels were not anywhere inside! Nate returned after the allotted time to close the holes and wrapped the soffits with metal. He called to let us know when he was going to be at the house and again when he had finished. Hopefully, the squirrel family will take up moving on or securing a different residence. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, professional, and timely. I would recommend using Beast Wildlife Solutions to maintain your home as a “single family” residence—yours!

We have had bats come into our living space in our house about 5-6 times in the last 3-4 years. We always want to get them out of the house and tested for rabies. We do not feel comfortable trying to capture them ourselves. When we spot a bat we call Beast Wildlife solutions and they come and get the bat. It is expensive particularly since we see the bats after regular business hours, but we are so happy when they have taken the bat away. They have also educated us about bat behavior. They gave us an estimate a few years ago for what it would cost to plug up likely places that bats could enter. We declined to have the work done at that time. With 2 more bats this year in our house and paying to have Beast remove them on 2 separate occasions, we decided to have a new inspection and estimate. The inspection seemed very thorough. The explanation for what they recommended was very thorough. All our questions were answered. We were treated respectfully and professionally. As an example, We were educated about such things as what a soffit is without being made to feel stupid. The work on the house was completed yesterday. They always let us know when they will be doing the work, they contact us when they are on their way, clean up after their work, and continue to answer any questions we have. Of course we don’t know yet if the work will solve our bat problem. I will try to remember to update this post in a year about that. I gave them 4 stars. I would have given them 5 stars except the services are quite expensive. However, they might be charging the rates everyone else performing their services charge so that might not be fair to dock them one star.
Great customer service! Price in my opinion is high, but the quality of the job is good!

I wish I could give them more stars because the guys who came out did great work and communicated well re when they were coming out. The person you have to talk to in the front office, Louise, though, was extremely rude to me. In that "I can't believe she is anywhere near customer service" kind of rude. I will not be working with this company again.

I was not impressed with this company. Their price to trap squirrels was very high, and they didn’t catch anything. Their “repair” to the possible entry point was a sad use of caulking that I could have done myself, and also a ridiculously high price for a poorly done job. Very disappointing.

Poor communication with the office, we had to call many times to get the work completed, when we had already paid the invoice. Initially, the service was great - they scheduled promptly for the initial assessment for squirrels in our home. However, once we paid for the service, that is when my expectations were not met. I had to call and have them come back after initially setting traps - they did not set the correct amount of traps to which we had paid for. Then, I had to call 3 times over the course of two weeks to ask that they come back to remove the traps and complete the exclusion work. it ended up taking them more than 3 weeks to come back after originally setting traps. As a customer, I do not expect that I have to do all the follow up to ensure work is completed, this was really disappointing. Each time I called to ask when they would complete the work we had paid for, the office stated that "we aren't out in your area very often" like it was an inconvenience on them. They willingly gave us a quote and took our money, so it's not my problem if my house is out of the way for them to service. I live in Minnetonka, should not be an issue to complete service in the metro area. Our technician that we worked with was great - thorough, great communication and took a lot of time to talk through our options. I cannot recommend the company though, due to poor customer service.

Looks like I might be the exception, but BEAST quoted high prices for services not needed. We had a bat issue this summer, and the company proposed putting grates over attic vents that had not been compromised (I checked this myself and verified with another company). Checked the product website earlier this summer and it mentioned increasing revenue for these jobs. In addition, they were asking $125 per vent to put four screws in these $30 grates while already on our roof. I even called and asked for a subset of the services and was told I would need to consult the owner. Ended up going with another company for 40% of the price, which included filling two holes near the foundation for a potential mouse issue. Gave them an extra star for responsiveness though.

Thank you for the review. The metal costs and height / pitch factors have dictated the pricing for installation of materials (both primary and possible bat entry points).
