I had a wonderful experience with Ecotech; from speaking with Josh to learn more about their service, to working with Tim the following day. Tim, was assigned to our yellow jacket situation. He was very pleasant right from the start and set my mind at ease that we would see positive results. We talked about our yellow jacket issue and he explained what he would be doing, got suited up and went to directly to work. He was very thoughtful, thorough and efficient with the treatment application. Lastly, when he handed me the bill, it was the amount I was quoted during my phone call with Josh. That's always a plus! I highly recommend MN Wild Animal Management/Ecotech. Their service is prompt, affordable and an overall positive experience.

Jay came out one day after I contacted MN Wildlife. He came prepared to catch snakes and give an abatement estimate. His energy was great. I enjoyed talking to him, and watching him catch snakes! He got right into it, and by it I mean the shrubs. He could be on a nature show. I highly recommend this company.

Jay did an excellent job in replacing our squirrel vents after we had our roof re-shingled that required replacement of our existing squirrel/bat vents. He was very thorough and professional. We are confident that no critters will now enter our home.

MN Wild Animal Management is fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing critter control! I live in a 150 year old house and have some problems with bats and mice getting into the house. They did an extremely thorough inspection of the entire house and proposed solutions for each identified area of entry of these pesky critters. I would highly recommend them to others having similar issues!

Jay was amazing. I called to have someone come to my home to fix damage the squirrels had created. Jay looked around the entire property looking for areas where rodents could get into the house. He then covered the holes made by the squirrels on the outside of my house that I had called about. He then went beyond the call of duty and placed a mesh screen over the hole the squirrels made on the inside of the house. Jay was kind and professional. He made an itemized list of the other openings, along with the what the cost would be to fix these openings to review for action on a different day. I highly recommend this company, and Jay!

I highly recommend Minnesota Wild Animal Management if you ever need any pest control. I had a very destructive squirrel get into my soffit near the roof. I called Minnesota Wild and Tim Clauson came out right away, set a trap and checked for any other access problems. The squirrel was taken care of that night and I am so grateful for the quick response and removal. Tim repaired the hole very quickly and professionally, was very friendly and was great to work with! I would certainly use their services again!

After retrieving the red squirrel from my walk-in closet, Jay walked the perimeter with me and marked multiple entry points that needed repair and provided suggestions on completing the repairs as well. We needed to get some patch work done after recently having a bat get into our home. Jay was able to get everything done in a time efficient manner, even though there was plenty of snow and ice to slow him down.

My home is only a bit over 20 years old, so it was hard to believe I might have a problem from any wild animals. But one day I saw a mouse out on my elevated deck, and I knew it was time to get an animal management business to come inspect my house. Jay Micek came out and did a very thorough job and identified a dozen places where it might be possible for mice to enter my home. I was given the option to seal up those entry spots myself or have him do it. I did some spots and asked Jay to do some - it was all done very inexpensively. Highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend this company! We had bat issues. They were coming in through our roof. Josh sent out a technician and he was able to seal up the area at a very reasonable price. They were quick, professional and extremely knowledgeable about bats and their behaviors. If you need any animal control services I highly recommend you call them!!

This company was recommended by our realtor and they were initially decent in communicating. The office receptionist got a few things wrong multiple times, but was all fixed by the time I had a tech come out. Tech came out and performed an assessment which cost ~$250 and the estimate for repairs were high as well. Tech said I should deal directly with him if I wanted to move forward. Texted the tech multiple times and was receiving responses then the communication went cold. Have not heard from him in months. Called the office and no one answers. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB if they do not return my calls this week. Edit 12.21: Was able to get time scheduled. Amended review, will update once services are completed with final review. Steve was quick to reach out and resolve the scheduling issue, much appreciated. Edit: 10.23: their services seem to do the trick and they suggest reviewing every couple years. Plan on giving them a call again to do a check as the temps drop.

They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They told me exactly what I needed to do to fix things myself, and gave me pricing for them to fix it. They gave me a number to call if I had questions when fixing it myself.

Highly recommend MN Wild Animal Management. We had an issue in our attic that our inspector unfortunately missed. I called MN Wild Management after scheduling a few companies to come out and provide a quote. Scott called me within 30 minutes and took care of the whole process. Tim took care of everything and had great communication throughout the process. Would absolutely use them again and highly recommend.

I called about getting a racoons out of my window well and the guy gave me advice on how to do it myself. He could have easily charged me 300 dollars.

Prompt service and offered good feedback on prevention. They even came back to spray a problem area they noticed earlier for no extra charge.
