Garbage company and experience so far. I put my credit card down on a sheet of paper and the company managed to double charge it 2 weeks apart. Makes me feel like they have no idea what is going on at their office and who knows where that credit card number is now. Then I call to ask them to reverse it and please send me confirmation. No word back. Oh and I used one of their applications (purchased a 4-pack) and the ants were back within 2 week in the middle of the winter. Their tech's explanation is that there must be a lot of ants, and perhaps multiple colonies. So their applications only work if you are dealing with a few ants. I will see how the next 3 applications go and then amend my review if there is any improvement.

Tim has done a wonderful job, extremely pleasant to work with. Tim always let's you know exactly what he is doing and how long for completing tasks. I will certainly refer Tim to anyone I know needing help getting rid of pests. His company should be proud of him, this is what a company should be like. Thanks Tim

A few weeks ago I came face to face with a flying squirrel in my kitchen. I had heard "activity" in my attic prior to that, but one night he was inside my house (I got him out but knew he would try to come back in from the cold)! I called the pest control company I have used in the past (not this one) and they said their squirrel program was a 5 day program and they only started it on Mondays (it was Tuesday AM when I called--in other words I had to wait 6 days for them to start trying to catch the little guy). I called Ecotech and they sent Victor out within hours. He said he would continue to come out until we knew there was no more squirrel activity. Victor was not only thorough, polite and VERY funny, I knew he would do the job, even if it took longer than 5 days--which it did! I will use this company in the future without hesitation and would recommend them wholeheartedly.
