It’s amazing what decent pest control can do. Going from seeing spiders with all these cobwebs, 5 Sowbugs and centipedes daily in my parents basement to one a month is incredible.

Had a black ant problem in the kitchen. Spoke to Todd and they came out and inspected our crawl space and foundation prior to treating. Within a few days the problem was resolved and it's been over a month and no more ants Thanks for a great job.

I was thoroughly impressed with Steffel Pest Control! Guests at our vacation rental cabin complained about bed bug bites so I reached out to Steffel Pest Control and got an immediate response. Within one hour of my call, three Steffel employees were at the home, disassembling beds and searching for bed bugs. Turns out there were no bed bugs...the guests had chigger bites from outdoors. I appreciate the integrity of this company; others may have said there were bed bugs and charged me for an expensive treatment. I'm going to work with Steffel for routine bug control moving forward and highly recommend them!
