Anyone in the Benson area I’d recommend this company for sure!!! Plus getting me in right by away is a big deal for me!

I had a big problem with bees, I called this company they came out the next day, and took care of Of my problem. And they are right here in Alexandria, if I have any more problems with anything else this is where I will call, and they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg!

Complete Ground Control came out on a Saturday to eradicate an issue with a wasp nest during a party. The treatment and service provided was exceptional. We will be using for all my future insect and rodent control.

Josh showed and immediately took control of the situation. He went the extra mile to load us up on the firewood that were affected by wasps which stung a few of us. Quick, courteous and professional.

I called them for mouse exclusion services. They come to my area once a month and were here about 10 days after my call. Sara was here early in the day, was professional and pleasant. Most importantly, we haven't caught a mouse since she plugged up and sealed a few holes under my park model. I know mice have a way of getting in despite our best efforts, but I will call them again if I see any signs of mice. The cost is reasonable too. So glad I called them even though they are not based close to our residence.

I’ve had the best experience with this company and Luke. He did extensive work to remove bats from our attic and then from getting inside the actual house. Not only was he thorough and professional, Luke also was committed to making sure the bats were gone. He got them out of my attic and now I’m confident they won’t come inside the rest of my house. He’s a great pest control professional!

Had a big weekend of family coming and needed a bat problem addressed. Luke was on it and was able to stop by the next morning and sealed up all the holes the bats may be coming in and gave helpful tips to prevent future invasions. Would highly recommend him.

Complete Ground Control is highly recommended for their professional work they have done for me and our homeowners association in the past several years. They have sprayed for spiders yearly with great success and used their expertise in removing a bat issue some years ago, also with great success. For several weeks, I've been hearing some scratching noises in my rafters in the middle of the night. I kept putting off trying to solve the problem, cuz you know, it didn't bother me until 3 am when I'd hear it. Last night, just before I left my office, I went to the website of Complete Ground Control. I used the "Contact Us" tab and sent a quick email stating that, although my name is Robyn, I don't appreciate the Bat I think I have in my attic. Precisely 32 minutes later, at 4:20 pm, I received this message back: "Hi Robyn, it's Luke here. I'm at your house now getting it taken care of." Now that is above and beyond impressive! Thanks, Complete Pest Control, for taking such good care of me! And thanks for spraying for spiders throughout the summer, too!
