I’ve had this office change timing on me resulting in them not showing up twice. The only thing that is slightly redeeming about them was Dustin their manager that was super helpful and knowledgeable when I finally got someone out. They won’t respect your time windows or appointments. This is the second full day that I’ve waited around for them to no show on me. Each time I had to call them to get any updates then they blamed their not showing up based on how far we are from their home office. U

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I paid $1050 for squirrel removal. They came, opened up the hole squirrels were getting into more & set one Conibear trap (no one way door in the hole, nothing). The hole was left wide open creating a bigger issue. When the trap did get a squirrel, it rotted on my roof (late summer hot) for TWO WEEKS before I could get anyone out. HORRIBLE DONT USE. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED. I purchased rodent exclusion service cost 1500. They were supposed to seal house up and bait. If I saw mice within a year they would come out garenteed. 2 moths later I still have mice. So they spent 2 hours time to seal and bait. I emailed salesman tanner to get warranty work and he sent me a wrong number. Emailed again and he sent 1800 number that's it no apologies just number. I called 1800 number set up service 3 times all 3 times no call no show. Tr
