I left a review a week ago. About the service and communication. But I don’t see it here.I called In March for them to come out to spray my house. They came right out. Not problems I have a small house. So I did what I couple to prep it. The technician. Came out and spent a whole 20 mins maybe 30 I have cameras so I was checking to see when we could come back as I have 4 dogs and two cats I was toting around. The next day I seen more activity in my son room (BB) and I called to see what to do

They did not inform us that if you want to cancel the service before one year that it would cost 2 months of service to cancel. We wanted to cancel because what they did wasn’t working at all. We were over run with mice so after about a month or maybe more we went and got our own traps and put them all over and finally we killed most of the mice ourselves. I had a heat treatment done back in March of 2023 was told it was guaranteed to kill all bed bugs . 2 weeks later I'm seeing them again so I call and they come spray , saying I have a resilient strain. 2 weeks again and I'm seeing more so I call again .
