James is great to work with on pest control issues. He takes time to explain what he is treating, what spray or powder he is using. Good communication to us as a customer, cares about the service being provided, and allows us to ask any questions and takes time with us. Deserves the bonus and we fully support that reward.

We use Rose at home, and that is because of the great job they do for the office where I work. Dakota is always professional and friendly. She makes sure to let us know if there are any trouble areas and things to pay attention to. Thankfully we had none this visit! Rose is the best!!

One of their drivers advertising their company must’ve been late for work this morning as they were cutting people off and tailgating / speeding on the highway while making obscene gestures. The small man in a white sedan with the plate reading (EG - I won’t post the rest for privacy, but the owners have enough if they care) was representing the brand horribly, tailgating people going above the speed limit is unnecessary, I wouldn’t do that advertising Rose Pest solutions but I’ve already been warned not to use this company based on certain staff members so this definitely seals the deal, I’ll stick with a friendly and safer option. Do better.

Our team did attempt to follow up and left voicemails earlier this week, but it seems we haven’t been able to connect yet. After more than 10 years of what I thought was satisfactory service an inspection was done at the time my home was sold. This found active severe mice infestation as well as bats. This was well documented by inspection with pictures. When I contacted Rose they claimed that this was just old activity and they refused to provide any further remedy. I had to pay another company $2,000 to remedy the situation. Shortly after this I received a bill from Rose for $150. I called and told them that in light of the situation I felt this was billing for services NOT rendered. They proceeded to turn this bill over to collections!

We had a bedbug problem and we had this company come in with a heat treatment. It didn't even work. We noticed them returning within weeks of the treatment. They didn't really help after either, no retreatment for their failure. Almost $3000 to deal with bed bugs and that $3000 didn't even work. I went and grabbed a $35 bed bug bomb and spray set and it took care of em all. Don't waste $3000 on this company. Many people don't like the chemical option but it works 10× better then this scam of a heat treatment. Note that this treatment happened months ago now and rose rejected to help when their method failed. 3000 we will never see again.

Called for service. Was told an account manager would call to schedule an appointment. That was four days ago. Called another company. They completed the job next day.

Don't throw your money away. We had the heat treatment for bed bugs. When they opened up the house to cool they let our cat in and didn't say anything until they left 1 hr later. Cat almost died of heat stroke. It didn't work. Bugs were back within 4 weeks. Reached out to our rep. It took him 4 weeks to get back out to do an inspection. All this time I'm sleeping on the couch because I'm extremely alergic to the bites. Said he didn't find anything. 2 weeks later I'm finding bugs. They sent a very nice, knowledgeable technician out. He sprayed and then put down powder. 4 weeks later, had bugs. Technicianl came back out and put down more powder. 4 weeks later, we have bugs. This is one of the worst experiences of my life. The treatment s did not work and I wasted so much time and money. Rose has since made this right and after 7 months we are finally bug free. Thank you Chris for all of your time and help.

Keep it moving and don’t use Rose as a service. Lansing Michigan location I called them Tuesday October 9@ 11am very nice on the phone and sent a guy name Brian the next morning. Spoke to him about my mice issue he than examined my basement concerned rooms and outside my home even garage and found the entrance holes. Told me since my issue was severe he’d make sure I had a technician call me that afternoon to come out the next day. I waited and waited until 12 noon the following day and got NO PHONE CALL. I called nemerous times in 2 hour intervals only to get this each time I called 1. So sorry please leave your contact info someone will call you back 2. So sorry I see you had a schedule from ( ) to come out at 10 am as to why he didn’t show I apologize and will have him call to reset a time for today 3. I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do but get your info and I’ll have someone call you in 15-20 mins 4. Again so so sorry they are all in a cooperate meeting all day I can’t do anything but take your contact info and have someone call you back 5. Hi I’m sorry yeah we never got your paper work so your info is not in my system but I can research and call you back 6. Hello yes Brian never turned in your paper work and because of that you were not called to set up a time and I called his manager to see why he has not turned it in. But I can get you scheduled for Monday morning at 8:30 which to me is not nice but I booked it. With a mice issue your making me wait a week almost? REALLY These are the responses I got the 6 times I called yesterday and to make all aware after Brian did all the talking and let me know someone could do the work the following day I paid them in full for the first year of 454.00 and I couldn’t even get my work order turned in and a phone call? I was very nice each phone call and even gave them a chance this morning asking if they had any cancellations to try and get sooner service and a lady named Stephanie saids “hold on I’ll ask Jessica” in a rude way than Jessica gets on the phone and goes NO WE DONT in a snooty manor. I called another company this morning at 9:55 they are at my residence now did analysis, he called their office and I paid my fee over the phone and now he’s DOING THE JOB on the spot not making me wait and giving excuses and TURNED IN A WORK ORDER FOR ME. Look elsewhere for good customer service because ROSE sure has NONE. @ their LANSING MICHIGAN LOCATION

2 days in a row with a 3pm appointment to spray for bees. I’m sure being a warranty call they will never show however I’ve wasted 2 days waiting for this company. No call, no show. They’re great at apologizing and promising but when it comes down to it.... GOOD LUCK!

I was a loyal and satisfied customer of Rose for many years, I want to say over ten, but last fall a different tech came to my home, which was fine, but the application was not effective (hornets were back after 2 weeks, as were spiders soon after, and box elders never left) and when I called the local office to talk about it, not only did they fail to do a reapplication, the gentleman (Billie) was combative with me and treated me as though I was lying. Something has changed for the worse with this company in the Lansing area, as I had always been treated professionally and the service was impeccable. As further example, when I called recently to inquire about Rose coming out to do an application (frankly in the hopes the prior good service would return), my inquiry was ignored for two days and when I called back to ask why, Billie came on the line and said it was because I had "complained for years" and he told me to go with another company! To summarize, imagine paying in full and on time for a great service for years and then you call ONE time to take issue with an application and you are suddenly blackballed and lies are told by one individual (Billie) who rewrites history and says you've always been difficult. He seems to be in charge of the Lansing office, so I can no longer recommend rose to anyone local.

I would recommend to use another service Not A Satisfying Service they did a heat treatment and wrote the comments as Couldn't find any bugs at EOD where as I found few of the half dead and remaining Roaming around the room quite comfortably. They charged so Much for it and doesn't even put an effort to see what they came for
