Snow removal company that doesn't remove snow from their Malcom x location, as a disabled person who lives in this neighborhood i find it highly disappointing

For years I've used Stiles Lawn service for my sprinkler system on/off and repair visits. The last two years, when phoning them, I've had to leave a message. There have been no return calls. A broken sprinkler head needs repair; it is a fountain instead of a sprinkler. This is frustrating and does not show that Stiles has regard or appreciation for their customers. It makes the company look unworthy of new customers.

Wow—thank you for transforming my once-promising lawn into what I can only assume is a performance art piece titled ‘Decay.’ It’s impressive how consistently underwhelming the results were. I didn’t know grass could look both dead and confused at the same time.

I would never use this company.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I called Stiles lawn service for my grandparents property and it seemed like whoever answered the phone was half asleep. Worse, when they showed up my grandmother had no idea they arrived until after services when they Walked into her house. No knocking, just walked and welcomed themselves in. My grandparents are in their 80’s and often need service at their place but this is the first time my grandmother felt uncomfortable. The job they did didn’t make her feel any better. I would look around before using their services

Trash, can't even get a call back to get a quote, called once a week for almost a month to talk to the nice receptionist and get nothing but a promise to get a call within a few days, so I waited and nothing endless circle, next time just tell me you don't want the job upfront instead of wasting my time.

Another crappy experience Trying to pick up materials for my lawn. It seems like every time i'm there, they don't have somebody capable of using the loader. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your landscaping need. In response to your comment . it was definitely intended for this business. Iv been there twice now to pick up topsoil and each to Noone the was able to operate the loader so I had to go elsewhere. I just wanted to make others aware so they don't have to have the same experience

They made the first application of fertilizer/weed control. Looks good so far. It's tough to judge overall at this point. The yard looks great, but actually I wish there was something you could do to SLOW DOWN the grass growth. The clippings are so heavy that I have to rake them up after mowing. Don't really appreciate the extra work. Needs to be mowed every 4-5 days.

I've had two experiences with this company and both were bad. I was directed toward the South Lansing branch because they were the only Stiles branch with the wood chips I needed. I got there an hour and a half before they were supposed to close and the door was locked. I caught someone on their way out and they told me that they closed early because there weren't any customers. The second experience I had was ordering 10 yards of top soil from them. The top soil that was delivered was brown instead of black dirt, had giant clumps of clay in it, and I also found parts of a kitchen sink in the dirt. I went to Shaffer's Landscape after this and got an incredible product, customer service, and a better price.
