I was looking to contact a local pest control company to remove a Yellowjacket nest, as I’ve had bad experiences with larger companies in the past. After making multiple calls to several local companies, Muhammed was the only one who responded and he addressed the issue immediately. He went above and beyond to locate both the problem and the nest, even accommodating an appointment outside of his regular working hours. We highly recommend him to others.

I called this morning and the hornets nest was gone by lunchtime. Muhammad is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained his entire process and provided us with information on the dangers of the nest. Initially, we saw the nest and it was the size of a baseball. We didn't think much of it and assumed it would be gone by winter. In just one month it tripled in size. Muhammad was able to take care of it quickly. If you need expert pest control fast, from an honest company, be sure to contact them!

He did an inspection and we did a treatment that day. You’ll appreciate his knowledgeable approach to pest but also his excellent customer service. He can explain the genesis of a problem and he attacks it accordingly. You will appreciate the improvements GREATLY. His employee Sterling came by for my first monthly treatment and he was also super professional and knowledgeable as well. Again, I highly recommend their services.

I am so, so thankful for Muhammad's help! We had a terrible ant situation - it was exhausting and I became so used to seeing them unfortunately. But after Muhammad's service, I haven't seen any ants. I am writing this over a year later from his services and still very happy and satisfied with his work. I don't even usually write reviews, but Muhammad is the real deal. He also answers all questions honestly and practically and gives tips on how to maintain after his services. He's great!

Muhammad noticed a termite infestation that another company was unable to recognize. Within days, he returned to our house and completed a thorough treatment of the infested area (a crawlspace) and the entirety of the outside of the house, including under the deck. He is also kind, informative, and straightforward. Would definitely recommend!

I recommend against using this company, they'll say anything to get your money. Beware of hidden costs that they will not disclose until you read the contract. I am glad I discontinued their service and went with another highly rated company for less than half the price and included warranty: Inquiry: Muhamad was friendly over the phone and scheduled the service with Oscar for inspection. He was unable to give an estimate without knowing my home, but stated it'd be $75 for inspection but would be waived if I proceeded with the treatment. Inspection: I was awaiting Oscar at my home when I received a call from Muhamad stating that Oscar came by my home and no-one was there, we'd have to reschedule. I informed him that I was indeed home and he called me back and stated this was a misunderstanding. Oscar arrived and took a cursory look at my garage, laundry room, and attic - $75 for this "inspection". [In contrast, the company I eventually proceeded with took a more in-depth look and provided an analysis]. Oscar quoted me $125/mo for 6 months with no warranty period (asked me to have faith). [In contrast, the competing company provided a 1 year warranty]. Oscar did not inform us of any other costs, stating $75 would be waived if we proceeded; we paid the $75. Treatment visit: Oscar arrived, asked us to sign the contract and provide payment. When reading the contract, we were surprised to notice an additional $450 equipment/installation cost was added to the $125/mo x6 months with no warranty. Oscar insisted that he informed us of this, but this is dishonest or at least a miscommunication. I called Muhamad and explained the situation, after which Muhamad asked me to pay $50 for Oscar's time if we do not proceed with the treatment today. So in summary, we paid $125 for just "talk". If you do go with the service, I encourage you to ask about all costs and do not schedule the visit unless you are sure you want to proceed...otherwise they'll ask for additional money just for their time to visit your home.

Great customer service! Did a thorough inspection and estimation of the work needed. Didn't end up getting the service due to cost since our house is spacious but would recommend to others in need. Very friendly company.
