Reviewing after my second repulsive experience with this company. I live in downtown Silver Spring and my complex contracts them regularly for pest control prevention. They do not provide times that they'll be entering your apartment home, instead providing a 3-5 day window (no times per day) to avoid your presence and ransack your home without interruption. They enter my apartment repeatedly without notifying, despite documentation that requires that they contact me before entering so that I can supervise them to ensure they don't do what they'll (definitely) do without the homeowner's presence. Peed all over my toilet seat and the surrounding floor, and used my shower for unknown purpose - leaving a dark brown residue in the tub. Touched/rearranged/used items on various counters. Couldn't be bothered to even attempt to cover their tracks. Unclear what other items were touched/stolen in places that are harder to recognize things weren't the way I left them. Avoid being serviced by this company at all costs. If you don't have a choice, make it a priority to be present and follow them diligently to ensure they aren't violating your property in any way. Failure to supervise the contractor like an animal will, naturally, result in you coming back from work to a home that clearly was ransacked by an animal.
