Unreliable. Cancelled on me four times due to weather and unforseen circumstance. The first two times, I get it but the last two times were very excessive and last minute. I was ensured by a supervisor that someone would come out. Arrangements were made to take off/get home early only to be left high and dry.

Business employees really nice and knowledgeable guys who are respectful of your home. Excellent service. Explained everything. Fast and comprehensive. Great office staff. Have annual maintenance plan so no extra cost for boats to get rid of mice.

Matt was very knowledgeable. He was thorough and took his time to do his work and he answered all my questions. He is a credit to your company. I’ve been with Brody for about 11 years and I find all of your staff members who I deal with to be absolutely great. new comment; Zane was very professional. He inspected The exterior of the house, but since I was also scheduled for the interior to be inspected two days later, he said he could do the interior inspection too, which made good business sense. He listened to my areas of concern and followed through on mitigating any issues that I had. Brody is the exterminator to go to. Thank you, Zane.

Matt came out to us and immediately put our stress levels down. He walked us through the service and then also gave us tips to help maintain. Hope that he is the one that is sent back to us because he was great and my pups loved him!

About time I made a review for Brody Brothers and the great work they do for my and my parents homes. We moved into a home with ant and mice infestations and hired Brody Brothers about 1.5 years ago to manage these ongoing issues. They are fantastic! Worth every penny. They are reliable, on-time, so friendly, super knowledgeable, and they never rush the visit. Quote the contrary, they patiently hear out my updates and ask great follow up questions. They’ve tackled challenging infestations with such positivity, and always treat keeping in mind the pets and little ones in our home. With their continued efforts, we’ve narrowed down the mouse problem to very hard to reach upper attic corners. Well, at the last visit, Sean and Brad went above and beyond by crawling 30-40 ft through a small crawl space and in an unfinished and insulated attic to address my concerns for the scratching noises coming from that hard to reach area. They set traps and walked me through the next steps and follow up plan. They even got on the roof and did a thorough search for access points and advised me on tree trimming to minimize accessibility. These guys know what they’re doing, they are thorough, and I love that they think through the small details like bringing rubber soles to put on their shoes while walking in my house. I highly recommend Brody Brothers for your pest issues, and have referred them to my parents who are experiencing a similar pest issue. Thank you guys for all you do!

I used Brody Brody brothers sometime ago. They are an overpriced and ineffective pest control service that I would not recommend at all. Not to mention, the customer service representatives are rude, and it’s always a hassle scheduling service. I switched to Atlantic Pest Control. The service is more affordable, and I am pleased with the results thus far.

Matt was very knowledgeable and reassuring. He knows his job is threefold: animal science, home construction and human psychology. He determined the best places to initially set the mouse traps and answered all questions that were of concern to me. He also treated my deck for spider webs.

Wish we didn’t need Brody Brothers, but we do! Very happy with our service package. So far three techs have been out to address our pest issues. All have been good, but the most recent tech, Matthew really took his time to patch up any remaining problem areas. Will definitely request him for future follow ups.

Called their business phone wanting to speak to somebody about my issue but was sent to a voicemail which prompted me to explain my problem…. About 15 minutes later i received a text from them which advised me to “text” them additional information about my issue….again i wanted to speak to them in person but anyway😏…..then about 20 minutes later i received a long text in reference to me signing up for a monthly plan $52 a month and a $300 dollar fee before they even stepped one foot on my property…. They are not here to help you , it’s all about the money👎👎👎…… i have a bee hive in the ground near my front door but you wanna put me on a monthly plan instead of killing the hive.

They want to charge you $400 just to show up to your house the first time and then want to further charge you $744/yr (including the first year) to visit three more times during that year for any follow up. So $1144 if you'd like a wasp nest removed and them to stand behind that for a year. Look elsewhere!

Purchase a home with the system in there. Contacted them the first year bc they were recommended by the previous owner. They rates are $318 per year. Told them I may shop around after they automatically scheduled a follow up appointment when I will not be there and they are not able to reschedule when I am at home. They told me if I did, they will pull out the existing system that was there before I purchased the home. The representative one the phone was short and rude.

I had my property treated for termites to prepare the home for sale. I advised multiple Brody Brothers employees on different dates that the property ownership was about to be transferred. A month after I sold my home I received a bill for continued termite treatment which I never agreed to. I called the office and spoke with Ashley who forwarded my complaint to their supervisor Darrell. 3 days later I received an email stating that my agreement is for 12 months and I will continue to be charged each month. My contract states that “continued protection Brody Brothers will extend service annually to the customer for $36 per month.” However, nowhere does it state that I, the customer, agree to continued or extended treatment. I am extremely disappointed in this company. Brody Brothers was recommended to me by my Long & Foster realtor who provided me with remarkable service. I will absolutely reach out to my realtor and make them aware of this terrible service. If I continue to be charged I will proceed with the arbitration clause provided in section 12 of my agreement. I am astounded by the lack of professionalism. Update: I’ve received a phone call from Darrell who advises this is pretty common. I am surprised that if that is true they have made no attempt to be more transparent with their clients.

Had Brody Bros. exterminate termites from my property Charged me $900 for the initial visit and attempted to charge an additional $29/ Mo for monitoring these outdoor stations. The contract did not mention the $29 per month cost. Now, a year later they attempted to start charging the before mentioned amount and I had the services terminated. It was only after the contract was signed a year ago that I was informed of a monthly monitoring fee. Not even bait and switch, just switch. As you could see below they did make an attempt to have me delete my review. Spoke on the phone with management and they asked for the deletion without consequences. I'm have a policy that I will not attempt to take advantage of anybody, but if I have been taken for a fool, you must pay! Fair? I had to give this a star, if not I could not post.

Expensive for what you get. Charged $499 for initial service and after signing, was there for less than 1 hour - feel taken advantage of. Got two more quotes after the fact and they were over 3x the other quotes for the year's contract. Called immediately to cancel going forward and would not let me out of their contract. Darrell was not helpful, and wanted to serve out the 1 year's contract despite my feeling of being take advantage of. Very disappointed!
I had a terrible experience with Brody’s Pest Control. Their customer service is completely unhelpful and dismissive, and they are anything but transparent when it comes to their payment process. They hit me with unexpected charges and gave me the runaround when I asked for clarification. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers—just getting paid. And if you see any glowing reviews, take them with a grain of salt because they don’t seem to mind misleading people. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Do Not Choose Brody Brothers Pest Control As a military family, we move frequently, and finding reliable services is crucial for us. When we bought our house in Maryland, we were excited but soon discovered that owning an older home came with unexpected challenges, particularly with pests. We hired Brody Brothers Pest Control, and initially, everything seemed to be going well. However, over time, the quality of their service deteriorated. Ironically, a newer pest control company reached out to us and informed us of several issues they noticed during an inspection, things that Brody Brothers should have addressed during their routine visits. At the time, we were overwhelmed with a new baby and other responsibilities, so I decided to stick with Brody Brothers rather than researching a new provider—a decision I now regret. Due to military orders, we had to lock up our house and move. My advice to others is to do your research thoroughly. Read all the reviews, including the negative ones, to get a complete picture of the company you're considering. Based on our experience, we will be looking for a different pest control company when we return to Maryland.

What a nightmare working with Brody! A one off rat got into the house, as Brody brothers failed to provide preventive bait station management outside. Once the rat got inside it wreaked absolute havoc and chewed through wires destroyed appliances. Brody bros showed up 4 times to attempt to catch and trap the rat which they failed to do. Only after an electrician was called to repair chewed through wires did he scare the rat and the electrician and I were able to trap the rat ourselves using a legit home made container. Absolutely insane Brody was not able to handle other issue nor did they take preventable measures to resolve. I would not recommend and would caution anyone thinking of using them for their inadequate pest control.
