What a nightmare working with Brody! A one off rat got into the house, as Brody brothers failed to provide preventive bait station management outside. Once the rat got inside it wreaked absolute havoc and chewed through wires destroyed appliances. Brody bros showed up 4 times to attempt to catch and trap the rat which they failed to do. Only after an electrician was called to repair chewed through wires did he scare the rat and the electrician and I were able to trap the rat ourselves using a le

Bat Removal; we recently had bats isolated in area of our attic. The pest company I use was not licensed to handle bat removal and referred me to At Once Wildlife and Pest Solutions. Marc was fast to return my call and schedule. He and Shelly did an amazing job! They are great explaining details of the scope of work and far exceeded our expectations. His crew complete mitigated the issue, sealed everything up and did a complete clean out (insulation and all) then re-insulated his attic. Very impressed with the communication along the way.
