I chose Orkin to be our pest service provider for the childcare center and Youth Center on JBA, but my experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. The technicians and managers seem to be on entirely different pages. The technicians are consistently no-shows, and we have to repeatedly call to reschedule missed spray appointments. If I could give a negative number I would!New customer and had very first appointment canceled and rescheduled, after I had rearranged my schedule to be home. I spoke with Jaylen and he set a new appointment for Friday 2-4 pm. At 4.06pm I called to find status update and was told he was in route to my home. A few minutes later I received a call from tge same lady stating that he was already there. I informed her that he never came to my home and I had been home all day. She then stated that h
