I am writing to file an urgent complaint regarding unauthorized entry and highly unprofessional conduct by Vivian, an Orkin technician at my residence, which is a direct violation of tenant rights and legal entry procedures. Orkin(Vivian) entry was not scheduled, not part of a required inspection, and was a spur-of-the-moment
Cockroaches appeared unexpectedly, causing stress and concern. The technicians inspected kitchens, bathrooms, and basements, applying targeted treatments safely. Follow up guidance on sanitation and food storage ensured the problem was fully resolved. The home is now roach free and hygienic for the family.
The service for getting rid of rodents was great. The pest control company shut all the access sites and got rid of the infestation for good. The staff was polite and professional when they came to our house. The transaction went well and without any problems. I'm quite happy with the outcomes.
Anthony came highly recommended and delivered. He and his staff helper were very courteous and worked diligently to solve my problem. He was also good to follow up within a few weeks to assure the problem did not reappear. I would recommend him highly.
