I will start with something positive - the treatments do work well for springtails and ants. Outside of that, Orkin is a nightmare for scheduling. I will provide a few examples over the roughly two years we tried to make it work with Orkin. IF you want the TLDR, "Expect scheduling nightmares, no call no shows, and oblivious/dismissive responses on the phone." 10/10 service. I don't love how they bill and market their services. The pricing/payment plans were not explained clearly and when I called to verify everything the person on the phone told me that the sales people neglect to tell people about it because they know it will scare business away. That seems unethical. So why 5 stars you ask? Because of our technician Brian. He is an absolute ALL STAR. We only let Brian come out. Orkin has been incredibly unreliable throughout our entire year-long experience with them. It's taken them at least 3 attempts to complete a service visit (if they ever complete the visit to begin with). Scheduling has been a nightmare and I work from home so I am here all day. It should not be this difficult to complete a scheduled appointment. Their communication is extremely lacking and customer service is non-existent. I'd rather continue living with the mice than continue working with Orkin
