Chris and his team are very professional, punctual and friendly and down to earth. Prices are very reasonable. Working with Chris from the time I reached out for an estimate til when the jobs were done were very smooth throught. Lots of communication throught and answered every question and explained his process of that he does. I will always recommend Chris and his team to anyone! I can't say enough good things about them. Every time we need a bug guy he's put to go to and he delivers results FAST.

Bug Squashers Has been my exterminator for several years and I’ve been very pleased with their service. Highly recommend! I've had a quarterly contract with Bug Squashers for the past 3+ years. They are always on time (if not a tad early); always flexible if I need to reschedule (they usually have to remind me when its time for my quarterly appointment) & always offering to come check out any problems I'm seeing. They're also very thorough - treating both inside & outside, and their prices are very reasonable. I used to have Terminix & they left a lot to be desired. But I can honestly say that I see very little critters in my house due to Bug Squashers; its a huge reduction vs. when I first moved in.

Chris and his team are amazing. I had a contract with a different company and had to have them come out several times a month to re-treat. I found Bug Squashers recommended on my community Facebook page and I had them come out. I'm now a few months in, and I haven't seen a critter since I hired them. They were able to completely resolve what the other company couldn't, and I couldn't be happier. In addition, Chris is super knowledgeable and very friendly. I very much recommend them!

We have had such great experiences with Bug Squashers! We were unfortunately faced with termite damage (inactive) when we bought our house in 2021. We decided at the time to do a treatment out of precaution and proceed with annual services. Our provider we previously worked with retired and turned his business over to Chris. Chris offered us the same fair rate we previously had and graciously set us up for automatic appointments. I love that I get reminders as it’s approaching. Furthermore, they make it super easy to pay our bill online. Recently, we unfortunately had some bees that had stung our little one in our backyard. I was able to leave a voicemail and get an appointment quickly. The admin was very knowledgeable and was able to give me a strong understanding of the process and a starting point on what we could expect for pricing. Chris arrived on-time and had an automated text sent to me to say he was 30 minutes away. This is so helpful for someone like me who works from home but is always in meetings. We reviewed the area together, told me what his approach was going to be, provided a price and we quickly agreed to service it immediately so my daughter could get back to playing in our backyard. He gave me advice on how long to keep the dog and toddler out of the yard and things to look for in the next few days. I am so thankful that we have a partner in removing pests with Bug Squashers and Chris. I am thoroughly impressed with the service, quality, and can’t recommend him enough!

Chris came right out to check when I discovered wood shavings. He explained the problem, treated the area, and told me how to prevent the problem from happening again. I call Bug Squashers anytime I have a pest problem. They are reliable and have fair pricing. Highly recommend!

They did inspection on a home I was purchasing. Said everything was good. Weeks after noticed the the deck posts kept getting weaker. Had another bug company come out and told us in seconds we had termites. Deck posts have not deteriorated further since treatment. I don’t believe snow was on the ground. From the time we started all other inspections to the time we closed it did not snow.
