I will start with something positive - the treatments do work well for springtails and ants. Outside of that, Orkin is a nightmare for scheduling. I will provide a few examples over the roughly two years we tried to make it work with Orkin. Highly recommend! I've had a quarterly contract with Bug Squashers for the past 3+ years. We have had such great experiences with Bug Squashers! We were unfortunately faced with termite damage (inactive) when we bought our house in 2021. We decided at the time to do a treatment out of precaution and proceed with annual services. Our provider we previously worked with retired and turned his business over to Chris.
