I used NaturaLawn of America this past season (2018), but I had several issues with their lawn treatment service, i.e. my lawn did not look as though it had been treated for weeds, etc. When it was time for lawn aeration, although I requested the service when I first setup a program, I had to call NaturaLawn of America, who told me I was not on the aeration list although they could see where I made the request and was given a price. Naturalawn has been a company of their word. After our first treatment, we felt the lawn didn’t look any different than before they treated it. We called them and expressed our concerns and they were out the next day. Our lawn is now looking like the lawn they promised.
