Woke up to bees in my dryer this am....called Key Pest control before they were even open and the owner helped squeeze me in for an appointment and were at my house within 2 hours taking care of the bees! Also with a 30 day guarantee so they will come back out to treat again if needed. So grateful for the quick and great service!

Excellent pest control provider. Quick to reply and respond to messages. Replied to email about a consult and was available to check our issue that same day. Used them for a one time service related to a yellow jacket nest in our siding. They offer a 30 day warranty and were available asap when the hive needed another punch to be eradicated. Worked with Lauren on the team and she was very helpful and informative about the lifecycle of yellow jackets. Would recommend to anyone. Lauren is also a tough cookie! Didn't bat an eye when a yellow jacket came for her. Thank you Key Pest Control!

My husband called this company last night because we had a hornets nest we could not remove. They were not able to remove it because it was too high up, but he was super helpful. He gave us recommendations of companies that would be able to remove it and was very friendly. I would reach out again if we had a pest problem.

Just had to recommend Key Pest Control for their incredible customer service. Shawn couldn't actually help with our problem (a northern water snake under the front steps!), but he went above and beyond helping me find someone who could and giving me good advice in the process. It felt downright neighborly, like something straight out of a '50s sitcom :) Hoping we don't have reason for future pest control services, but know who we'll call if we do!

I needed a service to move out of my townhome. The team was responsive and accommodating for my schedule. The job took about 10 minutes and I appreciated their professionalism.

Blake came out and serviced our home today. He called ahead so we could put our pets outside before treatment. As usual Key Pest Control was courteous and friendly. Blake did a great job keeping us informed, he was polite and professional. We highly recommend the entire crew of Key Pest Control.

Really kind guys. Shawn is great and incredibly honest about pest control. They could have sold me a service but decided to show my DIY pest control and refused my money. When I need larger scale pest control I will definitely utilize them in the future

Key Pest Control is the best in the business. They do an amazing job with my monthly maintenance. Also, I recently had to call them to save me from a bee infestation and they came right out (on a holiday) and took care of the problem. I highly recommend Key Pest Control.

We had Eric come out to give us an estimate yesterday and let’s just say he needs help with customer service. I had asked him a few questions and asked how their company differs from others and he was bashing down other companies and their pricing… He literally said “you should call términos then” and walked himself to the front door and left. Never have I invited someone into my house and this was their manners. Thank God we did not go with this company.

Sean and his team are the absolute best. They go so above and beyond. I’ve had a persistent, tricky mouse issue for about a year now— and I think Sean cracked it! Moreover they are just such hardworking, kind folks who show up quickly, are extremely thorough, knowledgeable and reliable. From offering to come monthly in the colder months to refill bait stations or to their commitment to safety to offering water some thirsty plants on a service call while I was out of town, I can’t say enough how much I appreciate all Key Pest does that makes them so much more than a standard pest control company

I had a great experience with Key Pest Control. The team there was very polite and prompt to schedule an appointment to deal with my bug issue. Shawn arrived at my home on time and was very professional. Key Pest Control was able to fix my issue the first time around and highly recommend. These guys are awesome!

I am so glad I found Key Pest Control! I almost never write reviews, but Shawn is so good at his job and so conscientious, that I had to. We have used Key at our office and our home in the country. In both places he was able to find solutions that were affordable and preventive. He found the areas where mice might be getting in and made that impossible and then explained the pros and cons of traps vs poison. Problem solved. He is extremely aware of environmental/pet/child concerns as well. When we were battling ants he helped find a solution that wouldn't endanger our fish pond or any other wild critters. I have rarely found someone so careful with spending the customers money. He has even come by and made recommendations without charges us a cent. I haven't ever had that happen! He also worked out a plan for termites and again told us the pros and cons of different approaches so you can make a well informed decision. Clearly, I highly recommend them.

Provided helpful advice on bat problem
