I've been using Green T Services for several years. I have been consistently pleased with the service. My neighbors and friends all tell me how great my lawn looks. I agree with them totally. Their service providers are always willing to stop and explain that day's treatment - very professional and courteous.

I just started using Green-T this year, after multiple years with TruGreen. I can say that I made a good choice with the switch. They do a very thorough job on the lawn and it looks great. Also, I purchased the tree and bush service, and I was having an issue with aphids on one of my crepe myrtles and they were able to get it take care of very fast. I had a recurring issue with lacewing on my azalea bushes, and trugreen was never able to get it fixed. GreenT solved the lacewing problem after one treatment. Exceptional service.

We have just started working with Green T Lawn and I am so pleased with the service we have received! Justin just finished servicing our lawn yesterday. I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and just lovely to work with. He did an excellent job of explaining what he would be applying to our lawn and how it would work. I've been a long time customer of Green T Services and have always been impressed. Allen treated my lawn this morning. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the treatment and was very efficient. I measure success by professionalism, competitive pricing and RESULTS. Green T checks all the boxes.

My technician Alex was very polite and professional and explained everything that he would treat my lawn with. It is nice to have the same technician as each lawn is different.

Alex, my tech is super friendly. After he treated my lawn, the weeds are gone in less than a week. The lawn looks so healthy and green and even.

Every aspect of this company's service is very professional. Communication is key for me, because honestly. I don't have a lot of patience when it comes to dealing with that. But this company makes it easy. Even for an individual like me. And my lawn has never looked better. It's a great feeling when you have the best looking lawn on the block. I was home when they treated my lawn. For some reason they only treated half of the grass. This is just like when they skip all the trees and shrubs that aren’t adjacent to my house and lawn, despite assurances otherwise. Yet I am still charged full price.

Cancelled their services and have requested a refund. Was told “I need to look into this”. Have never heard a word from them since. I paid Green T Lawn Care (NexGreen) $744.96 in advance on 1/18/2023. After that, I continued to receive a bill in the mail almost weekly until approximately March 2023. During this time, I reached out at least 2 times requesting that I stop receiving bills in the mail from Green T because I already paid in full. I never heard back from anyone. I have had 3 services from Green T Lawn Care in 2023 since my payment on 1/18/2023. Service dates, 2/24/2023; 4/14/2023; 6/08/2023 @ $124.16 each. That leaves a remaining balance of $372.48. Yet they state they need to "look into it" and disappear. When the company changed ownership or management from NeGreen to Green T Lawn Care it was a noticable change. Glaring. And it is not good. The company (first NexGreen and now Green T Lawn Care) has destroyed my lawn - for a 2nd time in 3 (or 4) years. NexGreen took responsibility and took the time and made effort to repair my lawn. Green T Lawn Care - don't want them to attempt to repair my lawn. Don't want them near my lawn. In the past, I have requested a few times to have at least a 24-hour notice prior to my service days. Not only has that never happened, but I also never even received a response, or even an acknowledgement of my request. Recently, on one occasion an employee left fertilizer granules on every square inch of my driveway - and I have a long, wide driveway - and I have a dog. Recently, on one occasion it had just rained, and the lawn was wet. An employee was moving and turning the fertilizer vehicle so fast and recklessly it was tearing up my lawn. Regarding the 2 afore-mentioned occasions, I asked their "customer service" person to speak to someone about this. I never heard back from anyone. I referred 2 neighbors ( regretfully) ever since I have been a customer with NexGreen (or Green T Lawn Care). I never received any $25 for referrals as they advertise. The service AND customer service has become so bad since rebranding as Green T Lawn Care. The 2 worst looking lawns in my neighborhood this year (2023) are the 2 that have Green T Lawn Care. Fortunately, 1 other Green T Service customer in the neighborhood quit the service and oddly enough, their lawn doesn't look nearly as bad as mine. In my opinion Green T Lawn Care presents themselves as a company that drops fertilizer and collects money on a regularly scheduled basis regardless of weather, lawn conditions, or anything. It's not "lawn care". It appears as though employees that provide the service have no formal education and / or training in agricultural science, horticulture, pesticides, lawn care, or anything. No customers were ever notified that the company changed owners, the company name changed and / or the website, login, etc., changed. In my opinion Green T Service has no accountability for their services, their customer service,  or their employees. The best thing that could have happened for NexGreen is disassociating itself from Green T Lawn Care. Through all of this I have tried to be patient, tried to stay quiet, tried to be understanding - or just try to understand. All the while, since NexGreen became Green T Lawn Care, it is glaringly noticeable that they have no interest in providing a quality service, providing quality customer service, earning a customer's business, keeping a customer's business, earning a customer's trust, or appreciating a customer's business.

Driver cut several cars off on the road and drove like a maniac by an elementary school and through a residential neighborhood.

Price wasn't bad since I got a deal at the home show but once they came to my house they came up with all this other stuff that I supposedly needed and after a season my lawn looked no better then what it did before they started. Matter of fact it looked worse in my opinion. Then the following year I had MORE moss grow then anything. Better off doing it on your own and saving your money

Tried for 2 seasons could not control crabgrass issue and burnt tips of grass almost every spray canceled service

Nexgreen effectively killed our lawn. When we called about our browning lawn after our last treatment, we were told "Oh, didn't someone call you? There was a problem with the equipment that day". There was no offer to compensate us or refund our payment for that treatment, only a vague statement that it would "bounce back" and if it didn't they would "take care of it".. I feel at the least we should have been refunded out payment for that treatment and given instruction on what we should do to help save the lawn. Should it not "bounce back" we will definitely be asking Nexgreen to "take care of it" before we take our business elsewhere.

Not very reliable. Last year they put down fertilizer and weed killer and my lawn looked pretty good. This year it’s like they sprayed sand and water. Weeds popped up everywhere and my lawn looks deprived like it hadn’t gotten any fertilizer at all. I had to go to Home Depot and re-fertilize my yard after paying them $60 to seemingly do nothing. They also try to get you to buy year-round service at a ridiculously high cost. You’re better off buying seed, fertilizer and a spredder and doing it yourself

They suck. Lies all through

This sorry excuse of a company ruined my grass and billed my credit card without my consent. I paid them upfront and cancelled after they burned all of my grass. They auto renewed my account without my consent, then had the nerve to put it in collections. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will pursue further legal action. Do not let these thieves rob you and ruin your grass!
