We messaged All Star due to wasp activity we saw near our attic window. All Star was quick to respond and sent John out on our case. Professional and courteous, John was able to quickly address our wasp problem. We appreciated that he took the time to explain the pest behavior and how various treatment options worked. I moved to a new house in Columbia and it seemed I had a rodents problem. I called All Star Pest Management and scheduled an inspection. Their representative (Drew) showed up on time and he was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. After the inspection and seeing how worried we were, he came the next day to work and setup a plan. Again, he showed up on time and I do believe he did a great job! It has been a few days now and we did not see any issue. He's coming back in a couple of weeks to follow up. Drew is a professional and he knows what he's doing! I'm so happy I worked with All Stars Pest Management and big thanks to Drew for going above and beyond to do a great job. Highly recommended!

John was great!! Poor guy came at the end of his day because I heard a mouse this morning behind my stove. Yes..I don't do mice!!!! Called first thing this morning and squeezed me in.Found some areas in kitchen and laundry room and hopefully they are "Bye-Bye" Then he wanted to check under my deck! Crawled on the wet mud! Definitely went above and beyond. Great company and employees.

I’ve used all star pest management for years (my current house and my former house). They are very responsive. They come out quickly and promptly. I use them to treat my house quarterly and they catch any small issues on the inside & they always treat the outside of my house which I have found so preventative! John stopped by my house today to look out for any glaring issues in my attic. He was fabulous! He even waited a few minutes as I was running late coming home from work. I can’t recommend this company enough for any of your pest concerns!!

Aaron is our tech and does an awesome job. He installed our termite mitigation system, treated our carpenter ant issue, and keeps our older home pest free. We've also used All Star for hornet nest removal ... you name it, they treat it! We've been customers for two years and their level of service cannot be beat. Their pricing is also extremely fair.

All Star has been amazing from day 1. They were reasonable in pricing and plans and not pushy in any way. Our experience with them has been great. They are timely, efficient, non-disruptive and communicative. Our technician, Ryan G. really goes above and beyond to meet any and all needs we may have. He is thorough, informative and kind. We have two young boys who love asking him questions about all kinds of critters, and he always obliges them. Ryan G. is a definite asset to All Star - not only does his experience and comfort level come across, but he is detail-oriented while being decisive, energetic and confident in the work he does. I would give them 100 stars if I could. The customer service staff and the technicians go above and beyond. I have been using their pest services for a few years now and would recommend them to anyone dealing with any pest issue. Recently, I came home to discover that I had a termite infestation and was panicked because I was scheduled to travel outside of the country the next morning. It was after business hours, but I called and left a message. A technician called me back within minutes and assured me that he would take care of it while I was away- and to enjoy my trip. The amount of relief I felt in knowing that I could count on them to handle the issue in my absence was invaluable. They treated my home and followed up to let me know it had been completed. Friendly, fast, thorough service every single time. Extremely reasonable prices and overall one of the best businesses I've ever interacted with.

We discovered a basketball-sized hornets's nest in a shrub next to our front porch. It was very active and the hornets were extremely aggressive. My husband was stung by one, and he said it was like having a lit cigarette pressed onto his finger. After debating whether to try to go at it with a wasp killing spray, we decided that this job was beyond us. Because it was a Saturday and their office was closed, we left our contact info on All Star's website. Much to my surprise, Abdul, the company owner, called me very shortly thereafter! When I explained the problem, he deemed it an emergency and offered to come to our home the following day, Sunday. He also told us exactly what it would cost (extremely reasonable). He called us again Sunday morning with an approximate time of arrival. His kept us updated by text narrowing down the exact time. He arrived "dressed for battle" in protective gear. He treated the nest several times, then waited for the hornets to expire. He was at our home for about 45 minutes. He removed the huge nest, bagged it, and took it away with him. After being pretty much held captive and not able to be in our front yard for days, this was a huge relief. I cannot say enough good things about Abdul and the service he provided. He was so knowledgeable and very friendly and personable. He explained that his practices are based on his background in biology and are environmentally friendly. We are considering signing up for a yearly contract with All Star. We have been plagued with ants entering our home over the years, as well as mice. Abdul assured us that he would handle these as needed, as well as provide termite inspections with a yearly contract.
